Description

Brand new and welcoming rooms with double bed in the villa, furnished in a classic/modern style, private bathroom, independent access and shared garden.

Our property is just a 4-minute walk from Mondello beach.

Access is independent from the garden of the house, outside each room there is a table and chairs that can be used during the stay. The rooms are equipped with all comforts: TV, free wi-fi, mini-bar, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle and mosquito nets and drying rack for beach towels, sheets and towels provided.

There is also the possibility of placing a camping cot for those traveling with children.

Our guests have 4 bicycles available for getting around Mondello.

We care a lot about the privacy of our guests. We are available to give any suggestion, information or help to our guests to make their stay in the beautiful Mondello as pleasant as possible.

Nearby is the bus stop that leads to the center of Palermo 8km away. Nearby you can find bars, banks, post offices, tobacconists, pizzerias, restaurants and some shops.

We are satisfied with the cleanliness and location of this B&B, the kindness of the managers and the friendliness of the lady are the icing on the cake. Absolutely recommended. The breakfast room has a really beautiful sea view. The paid parking service recommended by the managers is convenient.

I stayed 7 nights with my husband. Ideal for couples, the Giardino di Laura is a very quiet and convenient place to reach the beach as well as restaurants and markets. Room with minimal, modern furnishings with everything necessary and useful. Coffee machine, pods, microwave, refrigerator, and small kitchenette. Impeccable cleaning every 2 days, change of bed linen and towels. The owners, wonderful people. Dario, Claudia, and Salvo were available for all our needs and even more than necessary. We felt at home, but certainly more pampered. I highly recommend it.

I couldn't have asked for better. Very close to the beach I booked. The room is not huge but just the right space with everything necessary. Compliments on the cleanliness and the towel renewal. I would come back with my eyes closed.

Clean room, the owner of the B&B is very kind and helpful. The room has various comforts including a garden, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. There are always clean towels, beach towels, an umbrella, and much more. The owner is very kind and available for any information and types of help. If we were to return to Palermo, we would return to this establishment.

The structure is located in a quiet area quite close to the sea. The center of Mondello can be reached on foot with a walk of about 1 kilometer. Nearby there are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and a small market. There is a well-equipped bathing establishment nearby and also a free beach. The room has a private bathroom, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a kettle. The managers provide coffee in pods and cookies. The room is cleaned and the sheets are changed every two days. In front of the room there is a small garden with a table and chairs. The managers were extremely helpful and friendly.

The room at Il Giardino di Laura was perfect. Clean and welcoming, it is located just three minutes from the central street of Mondello and the beach. Additionally, it has a veranda at our disposal. The lady welcomed us warmly. Very kind, she provided us with homemade biscuits, a coffee machine, beach towels, sun hats, and a beach bag. She even provided us with bicycles. Furthermore, there was a small outdoor kitchen at our disposal. The convenient external parking on the avenue. We hope to return.

Discovered thanks to bed and breakfast. Il Giardino di Laura Private Rooms turned out to be a real gem. Spacious room immersed in a beautiful garden, equipped with all the comforts with a brand new bathroom, top cleanliness and maximum availability and courtesy of Claudia and her son Dario, the managers; also a beautiful location 5 minutes walk from Mondello beach and 5 minutes by car from the center, bicycles available if needed. Truly a beautiful stay.

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have ever been to. Five minutes from the sea, in a portion of a villa with a lovely small garden. The garden area in front of the room is reserved and equipped with chairs, table, and rocking chair, it is truly a pleasure to wake up and have coffee. The room and bathroom are new, impeccably clean, and really well equipped, from the hairdryer to the microwave to the coffee pods to the dishes to the beach towels. You can tell that Dario and his family are truly attentive and caring, so that the stay is comfortable. Truly an address to recommend.

Couples stay at Mondello at Il Giardino di Laura Private Rooms. We were very satisfied. Kindness and courtesy from the owners who gave us a warm welcome. They also provided us with bicycles to allow us to tour the gulf. Moreover, the structure is just a few steps from the sea, so super convenient. I highly recommend it, we will definitely return.
