The flat is located inside the neighbourhood of Pallavicino, also located very close to Mondello beach and via Libertà (the biggest and the most important central street of Palermo).
Pallavicino is located inside the “Piana del Colli”, and also close to Mount Pellegrino, the biggest mountain nearest the city.
The “Piana dei Colli” was, long time ago, a zone where was builded a lot of ancients and noble houses of the most nobles people of Palermo, including the king Ferdinando Di Borbone, who usually living here during the summer period, inside a beautiful building called “Palazzina Cinese”, denominated “Chinese” for the architectonic style (today is possible to visit)

Excellent property, meticulously cared for and equipped with all comforts but above all clean, the landlady was very kind, helpful and ready to meet every request. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.
