Pallavicino is located inside the “Piana del Colli”, and also close to Mount Pellegrino, the biggest mountain nearest the city.
The “Piana dei Colli” was, long time ago, a zone where was builded a lot of ancients and noble houses of the most nobles people of Palermo, including the king Ferdinando Di Borbone, who usually living here during the summer period, inside a beautiful building called “Palazzina Cinese”, denominated “Chinese” for the architectonic style (today is possible to visit)

The hostess Antonella welcomed us wonderfully. Although it is a typically '70s apartment, it has been upgraded and modernized in an optimal and functional way and offers all the necessary comforts. The apartment is very large and its location is convenient for reaching both the city center and the sea quickly. Great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Palermo.

Casa Rosetta is a spacious, bright, well-divided, welcoming, well-furnished, and well-equipped establishment. The location is very convenient, and the possibility of internal parking is an interesting plus. You can notice the attention and care for guests even in the small big details, starting with the bottles of water available. Antonella's cheerful availability is another appreciated element.
