Description
On the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea in Syracuse, with absolute clarity, and a Mediterranean climate that brings wellness, lies the "Round Houses" complex.

The residence is the perfect place for families, groups of friends, and couples.

Each round house, with its independent entrance, is surrounded by lush green trees in its own garden. It is air-conditioned, and consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 seats), kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, private parking, and a furnished veranda with chairs and table.

The sea can be reached on foot or by bicycle.

Its location allows easy access to Syracuse (10 km), Noto (12 km), and the Vendicari Oasis.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 50% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The structure unfortunately is a bit run down, it would need a major renovation. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It is not a Bed and Breakfast. With something more you can find better. I wouldn't go back.

A curious and comfortable igloo-like house, just a few steps from a spectacular sea. Unspoiled and somewhat wild nature. I was looking for silence and tranquility and I managed to find it. Thank you, Mrs. Maria.

I had a great time. There was a lack of attention to detail in the furnishings. The barbecue was missing and a TV would have been appreciated. \nIt is not a bed-and-breakfast.

Simpatico bungalow a cupola collocato all'interno di un'area verde che ospita quattro strutture simili. Permette di ospitare tre (matrimoniale + singolo) e anche 4 persone (possibilità di un secondo letto). Angolo cucina attrezzato con fornello e frigorifero grande. Bagno con lavandino, doccia e bidet. L'impianto di condizionamento silenzioso lo rende un confortevole rifugio nelle ore più calde e durante la notte. L'area verde esterna è attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto con tavolo per 6 persone ombreggiato da una tettoia di canne, 2 sedie sdraio confortevoli e piccolo barbecue. La cucina è provvista di stoviglie e in bagno ho trovato un asciugacapelli. Non sono inclusi lenzuola e asciugamani (non mi sono informata se ci fosse la possibilità di richiederli). Adatto a persone tranquille e famiglie con bambini. Dista 400-500 metri dal mare. In questa zona ci sono scogli, ma con facile accesso a un bel pezzo di mare. La classificazione di B&B non mi è sembrata adeguata a quanto proposto, ma corrispondeva meglio alla soluzione che speravo di trovare e sono stata molto contenta della scelta, dopo aver preventivamente chiarito con l'affittuario come era attrezzata la cupoletta. Nelle immediate vicinanze non ci sono bar per la colazione o negozi di generi alimentari, ma la mattina passa un camioncino che propone pane, pizzette e cose dolci e il frigo grande è in grado di contenere una bella spesa.
