The bed and breakfast was created with the desire to share the beauty, pleasures, and flavors of a city rich in art, culture, and charm with its guests. Bryana is located on the first floor of a building from the 1960s, equipped with an elevator. It is situated in a residential area with a sea view and the area offers connections through train and bus services, and throughout the city via the central station of Messina, which can be reached in just a few minutes.
Numerous services make the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable thanks to nearby bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, and ice cream parlors. In addition, nearby you can find banks, post offices, pharmacies, bookstores, and much more.
The B&B Bryana offers its customers two rooms (single or double), with the possibility of adding a third bed. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms (outside but close to the rooms). The stay is free for children under three years old. The price includes breakfast and unlimited internet connection via wifi. It is mandatory to show a green pass for the shared bathroom.
Please note that check-in is from 10:00 to 12:00 and check-out is at 09:00. If you need to arrive at a different time than indicated, please let me know right away. In any case, before arriving at the property, please let me know half an hour in advance. In your room, you will have a double bed with pillows in the wardrobe, a mini-fridge with a bottle of water (only on the first day). The next morning, you will have breakfast partially arranged in your room with snacks, croissants, and crackers, and partially in the kitchen with coffee and milk.
Payment conditions:
The balance will be paid at check-in. In cases where a non-refundable discounted rate is provided by the property, the traveler is required to make payment in advance and according to the methods indicated to conclude the reservation. For two days of stay, we did not have the pleasure of seeing the face of the manager of the B&B with whom we usually exchange a few words during the stay. Surely this is a negative behavior. Everything else is not exceptional, it is passable. There would be a lot to say, but I will stop here. Surely I would not return.

Dirty bathroom with thrown towels. Sad room with clothes and luggage of others. Absurd noises at two o'clock at night. Two doors in the corridor, who knows why. A night that would have been better spent at the station. I might have slept a little more.

I forgot my coat there after asking the owner the possibility (paying) to have it shipped. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting, a shared bathroom for 3 rooms, two single beds put together to make a double one with iron bars that, if you're not careful, can hurt you. The only nice thing is the balcony overlooking the sea.

Beautiful room, good location... but I regret that I had no contact with the manager... in fact, without the help of a neighbor, I would never have been able to contact her to enter! Must improve communication with the guest, considering that the international traveler may arrive without internet or phone, so everything should be arranged before the trip!

Bad communication. Strange concept of codes keys and no real person. I don't eat crackers or sweets for breakfast, was glad to bring my own cup. Good mattress! Bad light and dangerous electricity.

Nothing to say except... Wow! This B&B has all the atmosphere of a hotel. Air conditioning. New and well-finished environment. The owner, a woman always available, makes you feel at home and super pampered! Not to mention the breakfast, the Sicilian fig jam and the delicious croissants really impressed me! I highly recommend it.
