Mrs. Antonella, the owner of the B&B, is exceptional. The room cleaning is thorough. The location is great for visiting the Scala dei Turchi; in just 5 minutes on foot, through a staircase, you reach a beach with clean water. What can I say, go Antonella, keep it up!

Excellent structure, the family was very helpful providing us with excellent advice on the area and beyond. Clean rooms and a delicious breakfast with typical Sicilian products prepared by them. Optimal location for the Scala. What can I say, we'll be back, I recommend it.

The B&B is located just a few steps from the Scala dei Turchi. You can leave your car in the parking lot of the property to enjoy the sea and the beach without any worries. Excellent typical Sicilian breakfast served in the garden equipped with sun loungers and armchairs where you can relax. Francesco, his wife, and his daughter are kind, hospitable, and professional, ready to give advice and share personal stories. A place where you can feel at home.

The B&B "Villa Scavuzzo" is in a great location for sea lovers, as crossing the street leads to the Scala dei Turchi beach, whose beauty is worth mentioning. From the structure, the sea is not visible, but the attention to detail, cleanliness, and rational functionality of the spaces are clearly visible. A corner of paradise that made us spend an unforgettable day. Just a stone's throw from the Scala dei Turchi, the room is cozy and clean, and also Francesco and his wife are two fantastic people. They made us feel at home, too bad it was only for one night. Super breakfast! Highly recommended!

During this trip I learned to love Sicily, its nature, its sea, its culture, its very rich art, its often wild and mountainous hinterland, and its refined cuisine rich in flavors. But the real added value to all this is the courtesy, the sunny disposition, and the availability of the Sicilians. And among them, Ciccio is truly number one. When, on the promontory of Scala dei Turchi, I saw the sign B&B Villa Scavuzzo, I did not expect to find a room so beautiful (its girls are the creators) and an owner so skilled, enthusiastic, and courteous. I was lucky and I hope that others have my same intuition about that promontory. I will certainly do everything to go back. See you soon!

Staying at Villa Scavuzzo is comfortable, everyone said it. Facing the wonderful Scala dei Turchi, you leave your car and go away and that could be enough. Francesco and Antonella provide excellent breakfasts and unexpected and delightful snacks, and even that could be enough. Francesco helps you plan many nice tours around sea, culture, and good food, and even that could be enough. But what they haven't told yet is the atmosphere of serenity you experience within those walls, in that small garden; you feel loved and unique, not just another customer. There's laughter, jokes, puns, and deep conversations. This B&B is a soul healer! We won't forget you! It's a pity we live so far away...

I stayed at the property with my 2 teenage children and a friend. The 4-bed room is a bit small but we were still comfortable considering it was only used for washing and sleeping. Wonderful welcome, great location for the beaches, small but well-kept and always breezy garden, relaxing and plentiful breakfast. The owners always generous with advice and guidance on where to eat and which beaches to choose. Highly recommended to everyone.

Everything really perfect. Reception, friendliness, availability, cordiality, all seasoned by a truly enchanting place like Villa Scavuzzo, which deserves to be visited. The "orange" room nice, comfortable, spotless with everything that makes a holiday pleasant, not least the guarantee of very convenient parking. The family that hosted us is fully involved in the guest welcoming process. We will not forget the instructions of the little daughter upon arrival, the breakfasts with pastries and fresh moka coffee from Francesco's stove, and the wife's instructions about the Kolimpetra garden full of butterflies and dragonflies. The B&B is truly at the entrance of the famous and enchanting Scala dei Turchi and has a convenient free parking always reserved for you, the rooms are small and simple but very well-kept and clean. The garden allows socializing among guests and is extremely quiet. The price is very competitive compared to other tourist accommodations we have visited. Highly recommended.

An owner of incredible kindness, available 100%: if you need to be picked up in the nearest town (if you are without a car), if you need anything on site. The place is peaceful and the location is perfect, just steps from the Scala dei Turchi and a restaurant with very low prices for excellent and plentiful dishes! The room was comfortable and very clean: small fridge, wifi, air conditioning. Very nice small garden and sunbeds in front of the rooms. A small glass of homemade Limoncello offered in the evening sitting all together with the other guests. Breakfast was excellent, the owner goes out of his way to ensure you have PLENTY to choose from. I will definitely go back. It was hard for me to leave to continue our tour of Sicily, I would have gladly stayed a week! And I repeat myself, but of our two weeks of traveling throughout southern Italy and Sicily, changing accommodations every two days, he was by far the friendliest owner! And it would be difficult to be in a better location if you're aiming for the Scala, oh no, impossible actually!

Unfortunately, I did not find the property up to the reviews I read. Despite the very convenient location, right in front of the Scala dei Turchi, and the availability of parking, I was not satisfied with the rest. We had the blue room, which resembled a prefabricated one a lot: noisy beds and a French door as a wall, not acoustically isolated. The room was completely lacking shutters or blackout curtains, so it was impossible to sleep from 6 in the morning. I pointed out the problem to the owner who was helpful but in practice only tried to put a blue sheet on one of the two windows. I was struck by the fact that the beds were not made and a thorough cleaning was not done; I don't care whether B&Bs are obliged to have this respect or not, but, as I usually frequent them, it has never happened to me.

Property in a great location compared to the Scala dei Turchi and nearby beaches. The managers are extremely helpful and friendly, they meet you with any need. The environments are very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. If I had to go back to these places, this is where I would return, I will definitely make a stop next summer! Great place. Great location, excellent breakfast (from hotel, not B&B), very kind managers (including their very polite Alice), I believe you cannot find anything better for those who want to visit Villa Scavuzzo and surroundings. Everything is available: beach, restaurants, pizzerias, natural reserves (Torre Salsa) and, in the future, UNESCO heritage sites (Scala dei Turchi); as well as peace, relaxation, serenity, silence.

Actually ten is the highest score but I would strongly give a 10 and praise! A wonderful weekend in this little corner of paradise. The owners are exquisite, hospitable, kind, friendly, welcoming and more. The place is lovely, very clean rooms, tastefully decorated with truly original touches. Last but not least, amazing breakfast. Everything and more, all good, all fresh, all genuine, all with the taste of our land. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and felt at home. Antonella and Ciccio, the managers, are exquisite, kind, and available for every request. The room is clean and very quiet. The breakfast is excellent, they always had delicious local sweets like the croissant filled with pistachio and others. The property is located in front of the Scala dei Turchi and strategically positioned to visit Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples, Favara, etc. They recommended trying La Lampara in Porto Empedocle, where you can taste very fresh fish caught by them as they have a fishing boat.

Fantastic location in front of the seaside resort Lido Scala dei Turchi, where you can eat in the evening (restaurant/pizzeria with a terrace by the sea). The staircase leads directly to the beach. Very convenient parking inside the B&B. The structure is located in the garden of the owners' house, which makes the stay very special. The owner is a very experienced person who can solve any kind of problem when needed. Highly recommended.

The B&B is a less than 5 minute walk from the magnificent Scala dei Turchi. The owners are exceptionally kind. They invited us to join them and their friends for pizza on their terrace for supper, because "if you stay with them, you are part of the family"! When we left the next morning (after a delicious breakfast), we went to the Valley of the Temples, and were given ice cold water and juice to take with us (it was very hot!). Our room was fairly large and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this B&B.
