Third floor without elevator. Good location and cleanliness, but the bathroom was cold and the water heater was insufficient for two consecutive showers. Breakfast in Self Service with a minimal offer of toast and small jam jars.

Salteri, la quale sarà uno spunto di miglioramento per noi dello staff, malgrado ciò devo ricordarle che la colazione comprendeva cialde per caffè e filtri per te/tisane di ogni genere, yogurt di ben 4 gusti diversi, 2l di succo di frutta, burro, nutella e marmellate porzionate ma a voi disposte in generosa quantità; acqua, e per finire latte normale e di soia. Tuttavia stiamo cercando di arricchire i nostri servizi ed è anche grazie a persone come Lei che abbiamo la possibilità di farlo. Vi ringraziamo per aver soggiornato presso di noi e speriamo di ospitarvi nuovamente qualora tornerete a Catania. Cordiali saluti, Mirko Barbagallo.
