Area city center

We are located on the central Piazza Giovanni Verga in Catania, site of the City Court, and is easily accessible from most of the lines Bus and Subway. About 2 minutes from the headquarters of the Regional Administrative Court of Catania. A short walk from our hotel you can reach the central Via Etnea and enjoy the splendor of the palaces in the style Baroque and numerous monuments such as the ' Roman Amphitheater located in Piazza Stesicoro.

Continuing on the central street of the shopping Catania can visit the famous Terme Achilliane placed in Piazza Duomo with its magnificent cathedral and the splendid of 'fountain Amenano.

Near Piazza Duomo you can visit the picturesque Via Crociferi with its ancient eighteenth-century churches timeless.

In the vicinity of our structure you will also find the exhibition center The Chimneys, location of many important expo of South Italy.

A few meters will be easy to reach the waterfront with its beautiful coast and the beautiful view where you can admire the picturesque sunset.

For about an hour's drive you can reach the famous Silvestri Craters surrounding the majestic volcano that dominates the city of Catania, the ' Etna.

A very beautiful historic palace, a recently renovated B&B, a lovely room with original stucco and historic tiles. The new bathroom is quite spacious. Breakfast is sufficient for our needs with bread, yogurt, and jam in small packages and tea. Also available are croissants, sliced bread, cereal, milk, coffee, and juice. Ham and cheese. In the refreshment area, there is a refrigerator, a small oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine available. Close to the courthouse where buses to the city center and the alibus to the airport pass. Central location. Valentina, who manages the structure, is very kind and helpful in providing advice and information. Thank you for everything.

Pleasant townhouse, smiling welcome and information on visits to make given by the person ensuring the welcome. However, some improvements could be made, comfort of the extra bed and breakfast a bit light. Paid parking in the surrounding streets or private parking 8 minutes walk. Hot water takes a long time to come.

We greatly appreciated the kindness and quick response of the managers, Paolo and Valentina, young and full of enthusiasm. They have recently taken over the B&B, which occupies a historic apartment of great charm, and they intend to make changes and improvements.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was very central for us. Near some of the oldest and best restaurants in Catania. The place itself is charming, comfortable and very homey. Would prefer this to a much more expensive hotel! A converted flat, this B&B has a lot of character and atmosphere. The original lovely floor tiles run throughout the property. And there is some of the original antique furniture. Everything is very clean as well. The host was lovely and made us some very good coffee in the morning. A really nice selection of pastries, toast, fruit and more for breakfast. We will be returning!

In relation to the need to stay near a private clinic for a procedure to undergo, the choice of this B&B Casa Elide was spot on. Everything well organized, clean and centrally located in reference to several key points including bars, restaurants, and pharmacies.

I found myself well, the 'B&B Casa Elide' was welcoming and the managers were genuinely kind. The location is excellent and the breakfast satisfying, with a great value for money. The only criticism I would give is the fact that every time the water was turned on, a sort of water hammer started. It was also audible from the other rooms. If this inconvenience could be resolved, it would be a definite improvement.
