The B&B has recently been renovated and features spacious, bright, comfortable rooms with high ceilings. It is located in Avola, known for its almonds and Nero D'Avola wine, situated between the Baroque city of Noto and the ancient Greek city of Syracuse.

It is close to stunning panoramic views, such as the natural reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile, Vendicari, and Calamosche. The city is bathed by the Ionian Sea with wide beaches.

Welcoming structure, convenient to reach various places of interest (Noto, Cavagrande, etc.). Large and modern room, with a nice spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

The availability and friendliness of the owner definitely make a difference. The structure is very beautiful and quite clean, the breakfast is rich and plentiful. The location is excellent for those who want to move around and explore the surroundings. If you return to Avola, you will definitely return to B&B Arenaria.

Writing a review when things are not going well is very simple. The problem comes when the holiday has been perfect and you are afraid of not finding the right or sufficient words to give credit to the structure but above all to the people who manage it.\n\nWe stayed as a couple in the month of September and we felt at home. Elisabetta and Corrado are two fantastic people, they did not let us miss anything and pampered us from the first to the last day, so much so that we decided to extend our stay a few more days!\nThe structure is always clean and tidy and the breakfast is plentiful.\n\nWe couldn't ask for anything better.\n\nThank you guys! You will be our welcome guests if you come to our area.

Camere ordinate e pulite. Struttura nuova arredata con stile, dotata di ogni comfort. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile a dare informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e quant'altro, posizione della struttura ottima per visitare le principali attrazioni sia naturalistiche che culturali vista la vicinanza con la Noto-Pachino e Siracusa-Gela. La consiglio vivamente.
