Sardinia Domus is part of a network of guesthouses (with bed and breakfast service) located in an elegant historic building in Largo Carlo Felice, right in the center of Cagliari, near the port, and about 350 meters from the train and bus station (ARST terminal), reachable in just 5 minutes by train from Elmas airport.

The ideal location for shopping, tasting typical Sardinian delicacies and visiting historical monuments also allows you to reach Poetto beach, the fair district or Unipol Domus, the Cagliari Calcio stadium, in just a few minutes.

Our simple and comfortable style allows us to make our guests' stay unforgettable. Our strengths, in addition to the location, are first and foremost the courtesy and cleanliness of the rooms.

All rooms are located within a radius of 50 meters, between Sardinia Domus and Cagliari Novecento.

Cagliari Novecento in via Angioj 23, a side street of via Roma in the historic center of Cagliari, is the main reception structure where we carry out all the welcome procedures and acceptance services. You will receive all the information about your stay, through a map you will be oriented and informed about the main wonders of the city and the possible activities to do, finally, our staff will accompany you to the assigned room.

In both of our locations, we embrace the principles of sustainable tourism, with low environmental impact, and the philosophy of the scattered hotel, we are animal lovers who are always welcome.

Sardinia Domus was born from the intuition of the Lai Family and their young collaborators, driven by their love for their city. The city, proudly known as the City of the Sun. Why? It only takes a few moments of experiencing it to understand.

In 2001, the family established one of the first B&B in Cagliari, revolutionizing the concept of hospitality in the island’s tourism sector. At Sardinia Domus, as well as at Cagliari Novecento and Le Tre Stelle, the vision was to create a homely, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. A place that, as it still does today, embraces the principles of sustainable, low-impact tourism, welcoming everyone with open arms, including four-legged friends. And here we are, Sardinia Domus has become exactly what everyone envisioned.
