The owner of the Gardenhouse is very kind and helpful. The room is cozy, with everything you need. I apologize for the inconvenience caused at night.

Gardenhouse is a Bed & Breakfast located in an area of Olbia that is both quiet and very commercial. Nearby you can find everything (supermarket, bars, shops of all kinds, pizzerias, restaurants and more). The location is not central, but I managed with some nice walks. For those who prefer not to walk, there are excellent and affordable local buses with stops near the property. The room is tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and with a nice and functional bathroom; the cleanliness is perfect and there is wifi connection. The fridge is located in the common room and is shared with other guests. This is for the 'technical' aspects. For the rest, I would like to infinitely thank the managers who have shown a unique courtesy, almost impossible to find. If I happen to be back in Olbia, this Bed & Breakfast will definitely be my first choice.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Gardenhouse last year for about a week! I felt at home.\n\nIn addition to the immaculate cleanliness and the scent that distinguishes this Bed and Breakfast, I was struck by the welcome and warmth of Monica and her mother who run the Bed and Breakfast.\n\nI returned this year with my partner and what can I say, I found the same warmth, professionalism, and courtesy as always. I am not pretentious but I can distinguish a good Bed and Breakfast from a bad one, the girls and Davide strive to make their customers feel good, the breakfast is good and abundant, the prices are very honest.\n\nI recommend it with my eyes closed!\nAnd again thank you guys, I can't wait to come back to see you!

Given that at the time of booking the requested rooms were not for me, during the stay I personally used the facility by sharing the room of my friend equipped with a double bed for single use. The exterior looks acceptable and given the location, this brings points in favor of the B&B. The room I occupied was clean and even though furnished with furniture probably recycled from other rooms (they indeed seemed like furnishings from a little girl's room) it was functional. The blind bathroom was really very small but if you don't have particular demands it could be fine. What I didn't like is that my friend had to ask me for the necessary toiletries and then go to the supermarket to buy shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. In the bathroom, she found only a used bottle of liquid hand soap. It would have been nice to know this beforehand since sometimes you arrive when stores are closed! On the second day of my friends' stay, I went to the B&B with my cup, my milk, and my biscuits to share breakfast with them. I consumed 2 coffee pods, a spoon of sugar, and about 30 seconds of microwave needed to heat the milk. When I asked how much I owed for the coffee, I was told it was kindly offered and then reproached for my first complaint. Other B&B customers on their first day of stay were given fresh croissants. My friends were given packaged ones, obviously also in front of the new guests. As far as I know, no receipts were issued against payment, clearly including the tourist tax. In short, I strongly advise against this facility to those reading because the management is in the hands of a rude lady, on the verge of bad manners, with absolutely inhospitable ways. I will not return and will never send anyone to the Gardenhouse. I have been going to the island for years and I can affirm with knowledge that in Olbia and more generally in Sardinia there are people who work with professionalism, seriousness, and competence. Unfortunately, these types of people do not belong to the B&B Gardenhouse. Strongly discouraged.

I rated very high because it exactly met my needs in Olbia for my stay. I would like to underline the kindness and availability of the owner Monica and her family, very caring and attentive to the guests' needs.

We stayed for two nights on the occasion of the Jovanotti concert.\n\nPerfect location of the structure, parking available right under the house, and with the public transport stop a stone's throw away you can go everywhere!\nKindness and maximum availability from Graziella, Monica and Davide.\n\nI recommend it 100%.\n\nWe will definitely come back to see and enjoy the nearby beaches with minimal stress.

Poor reception, tiny room, uninhabitable shower. And this I must tell you so you are prepared if you go there. For correctness, I send a message, after booking well in advance, that I would arrive in the evening before 7 pm. We arrived at 6:20 and found no one. I call and a man tells me that he was waiting for us at 7 and that there was no one now. He would call his daughter to have us opened (?!?). After fifteen minutes the girl arrives, we are waiting outside, she doesn't even greet us and if it wasn't for my wife asking if she was the one who had to give us the room, we would still be there. Do you know what she answered? Here everyone does as they please, we are not here to be doormen! I turned around and was about to leave (there are hotels and other accommodations in Olbia) but my tired wife convinced me to stay. Breakfast. I ask how, since we had to get up and leave quite early (around 6:30-7), to have breakfast. The answer was that she wasn't there at that time and if we wanted, she would have left us a fruit juice and some rusks for breakfast. At that point I said we would gladly give up their breakfast and that I expected a deduction from the room price. I paid cash immediately (since we had to leave early). Upon return after dinner, since the whole family was present, I asked for the receipt (of payment).

My father and I spent a week visiting the city of Olbia and the surrounding beaches in this beautiful and welcoming B&B. I immediately start by saying that kindness and courtesy are absolutely not lacking! Breakfast, room cleanliness, and service in general, everything perfect! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Monica and Graziella for making us spend a week as if we were at home! A hug. Marco and Dino.

Siamo stati qui per una notte, due adulti e una ragazza di tredici anni. C'è stata un po' di difficoltà di comunicazione, perché i messaggi di risposta alle mie richieste erano sempre molto sintetici e vaghi già nella spiegazione di come effettuare la prenotazione, o come entrare nella struttura stessa che era disabitata, e quindi avremmo dovuto aspettare l'arrivo dei padroni di casa. A parte questo siamo stati bene: la stanza e il bagno puliti e ordinati, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa in periferia con parcheggio disponibile, nonostante la presenza di una pizzeria vicina. L'unica pecca è stata la colazione, con prodotti confezionati e di scarsa freschezza. Credo non sia impossibile migliorare questo aspetto con prodotti appena sfornati, vista la disponibilità del mercato. Nel complesso è sicuramente una struttura dove potremmo tornare e che consigliamo.

Se avrò l'occasione, sicuramente tornerò qui. Ottima posizione. Cordialità e pulizia al top. Grazie.

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti in questo B&B. Ottima colazione, camera pulita, gestori accoglienti e molto disponibili a dare informazioni e consigli. Lisa.

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, semplice da raggiungere dall'aeroporto e strategica per spostarsi ovunque. È molto semplice parcheggiare, ma soprattutto si viene accolti da gente che ti fa sentire in famiglia. Per tutta la durata del viaggio mi son sentito coccolato ed esaudito nelle mie richieste proprio come in una famiglia, non avevo quasi l'impressione di soggiornare in un B&B. La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort, aria condizionata nelle stanze, frigo a disposizione per riporre cibo, colazione abbondante con possibilità di consumarla nel giardinetto esterno. Cordialità al massimo, molto consigliato per soggiornare ad Olbia o comunque come base di partenza per visitare la Sardegna. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
