Welcome to our cozy townhouse located just a few steps from Olbia's main points of interest in Sardinia. We are strategically positioned to allow you to explore the city with ease.

Within walking distance, you'll find Viale Aldo Moro, Olbia's bustling hub, offering a variety of services, shops, and restaurants. The stunning local beaches are easily accessible by car or public transportation, providing you with days of seaside relaxation.

The local food market, featuring regional products, takes place just a few blocks behind our property on Saturday mornings. This charming market is a must-visit for experiencing local flavors and finding great deals, frequented mainly by the locals.

The Fausto Noce Park, a green gem of the city with public sports facilities, is just a short stroll away from the house, offering opportunities for outdoor activities and relaxation.

During the summer, Olbia hosts a range of cultural and gastronomic events scattered throughout the city. While the city center is only 1 km away, some events may be closer or farther. We'll be happy to provide further details based on your preferences.

Our residence can be rented as a whole, ensuring privacy and comfort. However, if you choose to book a single room, you will share the bathroom, kitchen, and garden with other guests. We are committed to maintaining a clean environment and conduct regular cleaning throughout the day to ensure a fresh and hygienic atmosphere. We kindly ask our guests to respect common areas and fellow guests during their stay.

We stayed only for one night but we found ourselves very well! First of all, the strong point was the kindness and availability of Diego who welcomed us. And then the cleanliness and the super central location of the structure, ideal for going out for a walk in tranquility. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay in a lovely neighborhood near plenty of shops and little restaurants. Hosts were very friendly and sought to all my needs. Place was very clean and well kept. Very modern inside and makes you feel at home.

I gave 10 to everything for the great hospitality and availability. Don't expect a 5-star. If you don't have high expectations, it's the perfect place. The location and the owners' availability make up for everything! The beds are comfortable. Clean and functional bathroom. Up to the washing machine. The kitchen corner is missing. The apartment is 15/20 minutes from the center of Olbia. There is always parking. I am fully satisfied. Thank you.

The house is located in the outskirts of Olbia and it is difficult to reach the city center without a car. The kitchen lacks frying pans (there are only two pots), there is no moka pot, and the coffee machine was lacking capsules. The bathroom is new and clean. The house overall is a bit dark, bedside lamp bulbs are missing in the bedroom, and towels were placed in a basin.

We found a parking space very easily and were at the airport in a few minutes. The rooms are practical and very clean. The owners are friendly and uncomplicated. I would book it again for the purpose of a sleepover before heading to the airport.
