Description

The B&B il Patio is a recently renovated house that maintains its original shape with a spacious internal patio where you can spend moments of complete relaxation.

Located in the heart of Villasimus, on the central Via Giardini, just a few steps from all services.

The rooms are equipped with all comforts:
- private bathroom,
- air conditioning,
- flat-screen TV,
- mini-fridge,
- veranda,
- hairdryer,
- safe,
- hygiene products.

Reception: until 9 pm (unless otherwise agreed), while for guests already staying, therefore equipped with keys, return is free at any time of the day and night.

Check out by 11:00 am.

Possibility, upon request, of a crib for younger clients (0 to 5 years old).

Small pets are allowed for free upon agreement.

B&B Il Patio is located just a few steps from the main street of Villasimius and 5/10 minutes from the bus stops to the beaches. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with all comforts. The environment is very quiet, it was a pleasure to have breakfast in the patio with the other guests. The host Stefania is kind, welcoming, and always available to give advice on which beaches to visit. There is a wide choice for breakfast, and the homemade cakes are delicious! :)

It was a pleasant stay and without any problems during the week spent at Il Patio. The owner Stefania is very kind, always available and caring. She always prepared excellent breakfasts even with adjustments for individual guests that we appreciated while sitting in the patio. The room is very simple but with daily cleaning that pleasantly surprised us. I would suggest intervening where the window with just a curtain lets in light as soon as the sun rises. I would definitely recommend booking at Stefania's B&B "Il Patio".

We stayed for 6 nights. Score 10 and praise. The B&B Il Patio exceeded our expectations, you immediately feel a super pleasant atmosphere. The structure is located a parallel street from the center (full of small restaurants and shops) and yet remains an oasis of tranquility. Stefania is the best host we have ever met, she takes care of the customer 360 degrees, giving advice on beaches to visit, restaurants and things to do. She makes you feel at home. Top cleanliness, linen change during the stay, you find everything you need (even a sink and detergent available). Excellent breakfast served in a delightful patio. If we were to return to this area, absolutely to Stefania!

I have just spent 10 days at B&B Il Patio with 2 friends and I am completely satisfied. The location is ideal, just a stone's throw from the center but just outside the pedestrian area. It is very quiet at night, the cleanliness is excellent. Super breakfasts, prepared by Stefania, who is the added value of the structure; helpful and attentive, she gave us all the information we needed to move around the area and enjoy the holiday in relaxation. I would go back!

The B&B Il Patio is perfect for spending a few days of disconnection. It is quiet and cozy. The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything very clean. The patio where breakfast is served is very nice and cozy. The house is located a few meters from the center, where all the bars, restaurants, and shops are. Estefania has been attentive to our needs at all times and has advised us very well on the places to visit. Overall, it has been a wonderful stay. I recommend this accommodation 100%. I will definitely come back.

Let's start with the kindness of Stefania, who takes care of B&B Il Patio down to the smallest details. From breakfast to the rooms, even acting as a guide of the place, she is always there to satisfy the customer. Our room was always clean, with very fragrant towels and all the comforts. The breakfast room was very nice, where we could take what we wanted and then move outside to enjoy a splendid breakfast with delicious products. Everything was perfect, from B&B Il Patio to the center of Villassimius, which is very close to the property.

Everything perfect! Stefania is an exceptional host, knows how to pamper and advise her guests at best, and the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property are a demonstration of how much passion she puts into her work. I was pleasantly surprised, clean place in a quiet interior, spacious rooms with air conditioning and minibar with complimentary drinks. I have a big dog and I wanted to see the nearby beaches, unfortunately not dog friendly. The owner made herself available to keep my dog in the afternoon as a courtesy, super cute. In Villasimius you will hardly find better.

The highest ratings are not an exaggeration: the structure is beautiful (try the patio), recent and perfectly maintained (as well as tastefully and gracefully furnished), the location is practically in the center but the soundproofing is so well done that no annoying noises are heard during rest hours, the rooms are spacious and have air conditioning, the breakfast is varied, abundant and of quality with homemade cakes and fresh fruit. But the highlight is Stefania, who will "adopt" you throughout your stay, give you advice and directions, assist you in booking restaurants and various services. The only "issue" is that it doesn't have a private parking, so you have to manage to find parking around there: but this is also an easily solvable issue because there are parking possibilities a few hundred meters away. We were two but some rooms can accommodate more people. Highly recommended to everyone.

The B&B is very nice, great location (center of Villasimius but in a quiet street). Lovely B&B right in the center of Villasimius yet in a secluded and quiet corner. The structure is brand new. The owner, Stefania, is very kind, helpful but not intrusive. Excellent cleanliness. Abundant and varied breakfast to be enjoyed in the beautiful patio shared by all rooms, 3 of which are on the first floor. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous B&B managed by a very kind Stefania who never let us down during our days here! The B&B, located in the center of Villasimius, recently renovated and modern, consists of 5 rooms all with separate entrance and bathroom. Every morning Stefania prepares an excellent and rich breakfast with care and attention. The daily cleaning of the rooms is also impeccable. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

Perfect place to spend a holiday in Villasimius. 50 meters from the main street which becomes pedestrian in the evening. The landlady Stefania is very kind and attentive to every possible request. Highly recommended!

Very nice and well-kept B&B very close to the center of Villasimius but in a very quiet area. Superb reception, and a wide, abundant, and good breakfast.
