Our service was created with the idea of allowing an easy vacation, yet still focused on comfort, for those who want to indulge in a last-minute weekend getaway by the sea and relaxation, as well as for those who want to plan their vacation in Sardinia well in advance.

In the realization of this project, we will be delighted to welcome you to our elegant and well-finished villa, where, in addition to a refined and clean environment, you will also find our friendliness and availability.

Rooms: elegant and well-finished, with the possibility of accommodating 2 to 4 people, complete with a bathroom.

Breakfast: Milk, coffee, croissants, toast, biscuits, jam, Nutella, fruit.

Internet: Free Wi-Fi service.

Reception: 24 hours a day.

Return: Free at any time of the day or night.

Check-out: The room must be vacated by 10:30 am.

It was simply a great start to our holiday here in Sardinia. Our late and unfortunately delayed arrival was no problem, we were warmly welcomed by Lella. Our room was bright and friendly, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Our bathroom was located outside the room on the opposite side and was very large. Every morning homemade treats awaited us, as well as fresh fruit and yogurt. Coffee is brought to the table by Lella on request. It was simply lovely. The hospitality, the helpful tips and everything around it are highly recommended. Thank you very much Lella, you sweetened the start of our trip with your manner! 🤍.

This is the second time we have chosen this enchanting B&B in Villasimius, and once again, everything has been simply perfect. The property is well cared for in every detail, clean, welcoming, and immersed in an atmosphere of true relaxation. But what makes this place truly special is the owner: Lella is a sweet, attentive, and discreet presence, capable of making you feel at home from the very first moment. With her smile and availability, she manages to create a family atmosphere that is rarely found elsewhere. The breakfasts are another strong point: rich, genuine, and prepared with love, often featuring homemade local products. A waking that feels like cuddles and Sardinia. We will definitely return because finding such a place is not taken for granted. The structure is well maintained, in a very quiet area 10 minutes on foot from the center. Right in front there is Eurospin, very convenient. Free street parking, surveillance with external cameras to the structure. Abundant breakfast with almost all homemade sweets, very good. The lady is very kind and welcoming. I would gladly return on the next occasion. Recommended structure.

Great location, quiet, check-in at 12:30 perfect! We were welcomed by Lella, very nice and caring. The room was a dream designed for us with many small details that make the difference! Fresh and fragrant with clean linen. In the morning Lella prepared cappuccino for us and served it on the terrace accompanied by croissants and many cakes and sweets prepared by her... too bad I was on a diet! Additionally, you can use the kitchen for a quick meal! Thank you Lella, we will be back as soon as possible.

The accommodation was very nice and clean! For breakfast there were all the sweet treats your heart desires (typically Italian). You could stock up for the beach at the nearby supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. There are nice restaurants there. The blue parking spaces are chargeable in the center. Parking is free right at the accommodation. To reach the fantastic beaches, often no more than 10 minutes by car are needed. All in all, a great holiday with a very kind hostess.

The property is located in an area with many supermarkets and is a short distance from the city center. The beach is 2/3 km away, easily reachable on foot thanks to the pedestrian lane, but also by bike. The lady is exquisite, very courteous, affable, and always available, just like her lovely cat Chicca. The linen smells fresh and clean exceptionally (could advertise detergents). Quiet area. I stayed keeping the bike in the patio without any problems. Kitchen available.

Like at home, this is the first comment that comes to mind. Mrs. Lella, the owner of the property, indeed made us feel at home and made us spend 10 splendid days in beloved Sardinia. Her availability and friendliness, combined with the cleanliness of the premises, the convenience of parking near the B&B, the proximity of the city center within walking distance (10 minutes) and the closeness of many beaches just a few minutes by car, make me consider my review very positive.

The structure is located a bit outside the center of Villasimius. Since we were on a motorcycle, this was not a problem for us. The room was designed for 4 people. Since there were two of us, we had enough space available. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom is separate from the room (on the other side of the corridor), but is for our private use. The great added value of the structure and the reason why I highly recommend it is the welcome that the owner reserves for guests. She welcomed us with great kindness, gave us many useful tips regarding the beaches, the times to go and find a place, the restaurants, and the scenic roads to travel. The owner also gave us the opportunity to do laundry, which we greatly appreciated. Excellent address!

Excellent bed and breakfast, clean, spacious room with air conditioning and a huge fridge, welcoming, in a strategic location both to go to the town center (just 8 minutes walk) and to move to the numerous beaches in the area, easy parking to find in the immediate vicinity and a stone's throw from a well-stocked supermarket. And then, if there had been a score of 11 I would have given it to Lella, a wonderful person, always smiling, helpful and ready to meet you for every need. I felt like I was at home. I recommend it and really hope to be able to come back!

Perfect B&B to spend the holidays in Villasimius, located in a quiet area just a stone's throw from the center. The owner is amazing, the very kind and helpful Mrs. Lella, attentive to every need of her guests. In the absence of a shuttle service, she took us to the most beautiful beaches in the surroundings. The B&B Is Axrollixeddas looks really nice. The house is grand, the rooms are clean and equipped with various comforts (TV, air conditioning). The managers were friendly, helpful, and nice, Lella is a really lovely person. Rich and tasty breakfast. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

At Lella's place you feel at home: a friendly, kind, caring and very professional lady; for every need we had, Mrs. Lella did her best to find solutions and make us comfortable. The property is very welcoming, extremely clean and comfortable; the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The location is on the opposite side of Villasimius beach, allowing for a peaceful rest; it's also very convenient being a stone's throw from a large supermarket. A 5/10 minute walk takes you to the central areas of the village.

I didn't like the breakfast, almost all packaged. I was not informed in advance about the possibility of sharing the bathroom with another room. I was not informed about the possibility of having a room in the basement.\n\nIn my opinion, it should be mentioned, someone might have claustrophobia issues.

Nel mio lavoro do e cerco di offrire sempre il meglio, la signora ha chiamato all'ultimo, è stata offerta un'ampia camera matrimoniale con porta finestra, che si affacciava verso un piccolo corridoio con finestra tipo evasista, il bagno è stato condiviso una notte con la sottoscritta, visto che si trattava di due signore, e hanno trascorso nel B&B solo 2 notti, dove si assicurava privasi e pulizia. Preciso che nei B&B le colazioni devono essere monodose e confezionati ma nonostante questo ho sempre coccolato i gentili ospiticon torte e biscotti preparati personalmente. Al di là di quanto si è dichiarato, la sottoscritta ha trascorso 2 piacevoli giorni con le signore, tra l'altro gentili ed educate. Lella.

We stayed at the property for two nights with two other couples, Mrs. Lella is very kind and helpful. The day before our arrival, I contacted her because being not from the area and not knowing how to move, we wanted to book the restaurant for dinner in advance and kindly she suggested some places to eat well without spending excessive amounts. The B&B Is Axrollixeddas is very close to the center, so you can easily walk there in 5 minutes. About 200 meters away there is an Eurospin, so convenient if you need to do some shopping. We stayed in two rooms with a shared bathroom, the property is clean, the rooms are nice and cozy, the breakfast is very varied, the price affordable for all budgets! If we had to return to Villasimius, I would rebook without hesitation. I recommend.

My partner and I stayed at B&B Is Axrollixeddas last week and we already miss it. Lella made us feel at home, always kind and helpful, and she prepares truly delicious sweets. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The B&B's location is ideal, just a few steps from the town center for a walk among the shops or a stroll among the locals and close to all the beautiful beaches in the area while still being in a very quiet, peaceful, and private area. A wonderful experience and a beautiful memory.

Very nice B&B, spacious rooms, well furnished, bathroom clean like the room, given the period we were alone, and they still gave us a special price, a gesture that we appreciated.
