RECOMMENDED FOR ITS LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, PRICE, AND THE KINDNESS OF THE OWNER
The B&B Livingstone is a very central accommodation, in an elegant area of Cagliari, just five minutes walk from the port, train and bus station, close to lots of excellent restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours, typical restaurants, shops, supermarkets as well as and important archaeological and cultural sites.

Three bright and cosy rooms with modern furniture, en-suite bathroom, central heating, air conditioning, flat screen TV and personal safe. The flat, which has been completely refurbished, combines comfort and elegance with attention to detail to offer to our guests with the maximum comfort.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. In the bathrooms, all with shower, towels, hairdryer and courtesy set are available.

In the living room with tables and chairs, you will find tea, herbal tea and coffee, which are always available. During the summer season, beach umbrellas and towels are also available free of charge.

Rooms are sanitised and cleaned daily.

Breakfast, with sweet and savory options, is served in the living room equipped with tables and chairs, and during the summer season, on a beautiful terrace full of flowers and exotic plants. You will only find fresh local products, from bread to croissants, to puff pastry pizzas typical of Cagliari. Additionally, there are cold cuts, cheeses, toast, fruit juices, tea, chamomile, herbal teas, coffee, milk, muesli, corn flakes, biscuits, honey, jams, butter, and Nutella. Special breakfasts for celiacs and vegans are available upon request.

Hello, my name is Alberto and I would be delighted to welcome you to the B&B Livingstone which I have been running with great passion and enthusiasm since 2010.

In addition to Italian, I speak fluent English, French, and German. For many years, I worked in hospitality at large hotels in Italy and abroad where I always made it my mission to meet the needs of those who were far from home, whether on holiday or for work.

I enjoy sharing with guests all the useful information to visit Cagliari and its surroundings and discover even its hidden corners. Furthermore, I love taking care of the details, from the choice of fragrances that welcome guests upon arrival, to the fresh seasonal fruit always available in the common room, to the selection of plants in the beautiful terrace where I prepare breakfast.

I personally take care of everything and I always like to look for something new to offer my customers.

I had a very positive experience. The room was large and spacious, especially very clean and well-kept in detail. The breakfast on the terrace full of plants was very pleasant. I also add a very positive note for the host Alberto. He was very kind and took care to provide me with a breakfast without lactose, in addition to the cup of fresh fruit prepared by him. The location was great, ideal for visiting the historic center on foot.

An excellent structure, with beautiful rooms, bright with large windows or balconies, each with a new and spacious en-suite bathroom. The rooms are very clean and complete with every comfort (tv, air conditioning, heating, safe, etc.); a large terrace for an outdoor breakfast, surrounded by the greenery of the numerous plants that decorate it. The location is very central, very close to the central station, nearby you can find: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarket, ATM, pastry shop, bakery, perfumery, art galleries, etc. The welcome is really excellent: a kind, helpful, attentive and very caring host. A place to cherish and return to every time you go to Cagliari for more than a day or for a holiday.

Super clean accommodation! Alberto takes great care of his guests! Central location in the city, beach a bit further away. Breakfast was always prepared on time for us, we agreed on a time beforehand when we wanted to have breakfast. Overall a cozy, clean, and central accommodation. The terrace is also beautifully designed. We will gladly come back.

Excellent solution for spending a few days in Cagliari. Alberto, the owner, is extremely helpful, the accommodation is very quiet, close to the train station and the city center, very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the property. The breakfast is excellent, served by the owner on the terrace or inside the property in case of bad weather. I will return, recommended property.

We (2 adults & 1 toddler) stayed at Alberto's lovely B&B for 2 nights. The room was very spacious and cozy. Everything was very clean, the room was even cleaned during our short stay. Alberto is a very good host. He is fluent in English and German. We were able to park our car in a private car park which was a short walk away from the B&B. He gave us a map and directions, as well as some recommendations for restaurants, etc. You can easily walk to the center of Cagliari and its highlights. It only takes about 10/15 minutes to the airport.\n\nWe'd definitely recommend B&B Livingstone to anyone who wants to stay in Cagliari.

After the booking, I was immediately contacted by Alessandra (contact person). I did not have the pleasure of meeting her due to check-in/out time constraints, but she managed to provide me with all the necessary directions to reach B&B Livingstone, all with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The property has a numeric keypad door opener at the entrance which allows access to the apartment at any time. The apartment is meticulously detailed, rich in documentation and tourist guides. In the common area, a desktop computer and a printer are always available, as well as a table for dining, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a sink. The Classic Nova double room offers a suggestive and beautiful play of LED lights, positioned in the ceiling and controllable via a remote control, which made the environment even more welcoming and relaxing. The room, in a modern style with typical Sardinian rustic references, is equipped with an LCD TV, a safe, a minibar, electric blinds, a private bathroom with suspended sanitary ware and a glass shower cubicle. The cleanliness is impeccable and towels and shower gel are provided. For breakfast, included with the booking, you need to go to the "La Bon Bec Cafè" bar located in Piazza Garibaldi, which is a bit far from the B&B.

We are very sorry that we could only stay one night in this fantastic B&B. Alberto is the kindest host on earth, very calm and helpful. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the bathroom is all new and clean. He prepared a delicious breakfast with an eye for detail and even called a taxi at 8am for us. The location is very close to all the interesting parts of the city center. Personally, I enjoyed the atmosphere of his terrace and the midcentury style house. Go there if you want to visit Cagliari.

Central location, carefully maintained, large and spacious room, Alberto, the manager is a helpful and truly kind person, excellent cleanliness of all areas. Much appreciated the possibility of having breakfast outside in the patio. Abundant and varied breakfast, only joking suggestion: Alberto, try to make the coffee a little better; o) We are in Italy. We stayed at B&B Livingstone thanks to the Barter Week and to Alberto, the owner who participated in the initiative. The property is located a few hundred meters from the station, easily reachable on foot and in a well-served neighborhood. Everything is new, well-kept, and very clean. The owner welcomed us with kindness and availability. We will definitely return.
