Good morning, I would like to compliment you. We found ourselves very well, everything was very clean and welcoming right from the entrance, in a very quiet and nice area of Cagliari. The common space with the necessary items to heat something quick and prepare a tea or coffee was also very practical. Congratulations, I will gladly recommend it.

The room was clean, spacious, cozy, equipped with air conditioning and with a very comfortable bed. The area is very quiet, there is parking on the street. The manager gave us all the instructions via WhatsApp. Breakfast was not included, but in the kitchen there was everything needed to make a coffee or a herbal tea if needed, and the small detail of the water bottle in the room is not to be overlooked.

Excellent apartment set back from the center, well renovated internally and quiet with comfortable beds and pillows. Impeccable cleanliness, we used the kitchen for breakfast and it went very well. Francesca very kind and helpful, she arranged our rooms every morning even though not expected and restocked the pantry daily. Highly recommend. Roberto Basilio.

The property is located about 15 minutes from the center on foot, 5 minutes by car, so the location is very good. Breakfast is not provided; however, in the kitchen, guests can find biscuits, tea, and rusks. The fridge is also available to guests; each room has its compartment. The staff of the property is very helpful and kind for anything you may need. The property is really very clean. The rooms are beautiful, the wardrobe is spacious. New furniture. Highly recommended!
