Ours is a story made of passion and enthusiasm for hospitality, a familiar, warm and sincere environment, full of friendly attentions.

Iris Rooms is located in the historic center of Cagliari, a few steps from the Roman Necropolis of Tuvixeddu, a quiet residential area.

We have bright and welcoming rooms, equipped with all the facilities to make our guests' stay a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Very clean, comfortable, free tea all day, very nice staff, but what I liked the most was the location: close to bus station, close to the city centre and close to Piazza Yenna where aperitivo is a must in the evening. And you can park down the street.

Ottimo appartamento defilato dal centro, ristrutturato bene internamente e silenzioso con letti e cuscini comodi. Pulizia impeccabile, abbiamo usufruito della cucina per la colazione ed è andata benissimo. Francesca gentilissima e disponibile, ha sistemato le nostre camere ogni mattina anche se non previsto e riforniva dispensa giornaliera. Consiglio vivamente. Roberto Basilio.

Stanza minuscola, neanche lo spazio per appoggiare una valigia, difficile muoversi agevolmente. Il bagno troppo piccolo, senza bidet, senza spazio o appoggio nemmeno per un beauty-case. Muri in cartongesso sottili tanto da sentire il vicino di stanza mentre dorme.

Ho ricevuto una bella accoglienza e utilissimi consigli. Bella la zona, vicino al centro e molto silenziosa. La camera è arredata con gusto, riscaldamento, TV, asciugacapelli, wifi. Non manca nulla. In più il balcone! Ultima cosa, ma non meno importante, pulitissimo!

Struttura ben organizzata, proprietari molto disponibili, vicinissima alla stazione dei treni e alla movida notturna cagliaritana, cinquecento metri da Corso Vittorio Emanuele e dal porto di Cagliari. Se cercate un posto tranquillo dove soggiornare lo consiglio.

Siamo stati all'Iris Rooms un paio di giorni, per fare un'escursione alla Sella Del Diavolo. Il posto è incantevole, molto curato, ben organizzato, con tutto ciò che occorre per una breve vacanza, ciò che lo rende speciale è la cura e la passione dei proprietari, facendo sentire l'ospite a casa. Camere pulite, curate e ben accessoriate in zona centrale.

La sistemazione è particolarmente buona e cosi anche il servizio di prenotazione. La zona in cui si trova è tranquilla, sicura ed accogliente e non è complicato trovare parcheggio per l'auto.

La struttura si trova a circa 15 minuti dal centro a piedi, 5 minuti in macchina perciò la posizione è molto buona. La colazione non è prevista, nonostante ciò in cucina sono a disposizione degli ospiti biscotti, tè e fette biscottate. Anche il frigo è a disposizione degli ospiti, ogni stanza ha il suo scompartimento. Il personale della struttura è molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi cosa. La struttura è veramente molto pulita. Le stanze sono belle, l’armadio è spazioso. Arredamento nuovo. Super consigliato!

Una piacevole scoperta! Ottima accoglienza, splendida atmosfera, ambiente pulito e attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura del cliente. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, il letto era comodissimo ed il bagno molto bello. E che dire dello staff...sin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo respirato da subito una cortesia ed una ospitalità genuina e simpatica che ci hanno conquistati. La posizione è ottima, sicuramente un b&b che vi consiglio volentieri e in cui torneremo sicuramente con piacere.
