Description
Located in the Raica countryside, on the outskirts of Olbia, the Lutagiu Farmstay offers accommodation in its spacious rooms and ensures guests the opportunity to spend their holidays in tranquility and contact with nature.

Guests can go on short walks or bike rides, or simply admire the breathtaking panorama, with views of the city of Olbia and its splendid gulf.

This newly built structure consists of 4 double rooms, each with its own bathroom. Adjacent is the breakfast room (when available). From the front square, you can enjoy a view of the city of Olbia.

The rooms are not air-conditioned (a fan is provided).

The farmstay is reachable by driving the last kilometer or so on a dirt road, which is in good condition and can be traveled with a regular car.

Restaurant service is not available.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 16 do not pay municipal tax

Bellissima location. Raggiungibile con difficoltà dato lo sterrato. Molto rischiosa se non si ha jeep o moto adatta. Stanza buona, pulitissima ma anche molto calda e solo con il ventilatore. La nota negativa è stata che in realtà si può solo dormire non esegue alcun pasto e uscire rifacendo la strada sterrata con gli animali presenti nel bosco è sconsigliabile. La vista però davvero mozzafiato.

Abbiamo pernottato per una sola notte, struttura situata in zona panoramica su Olbia, bagno e camera spaziosi e molto puliti, nota negativa che per raggiungere la struttura soprattutto nell'ultimo tratto bisogna percorrere una strada sterrata e dissestata (sarebbe meglio andarci solo con un fuoristrada), biancheria pulitissima ma materasso scomodissimo, bagno enorme spaziosissimo e pulitissimo. lo spazio esterno circostante alla struttura molto poco curato. per una sola notte è fattibile. Purtroppo non è possibile consumare pasti quindi niente colazione.

Ringraziamo e terremo conto delle cose segnalate per porvi il dovuto rimedio. In molti arrivano senza fuoristrada e vi rimangono più di una notte: è evidente che la poca familiarità con percorsi sterrati fa sembrare più terribile una situazione che in realtà non lo è.

Struttura confortevole e pulitissima. Proprietaria gentilissima. Suggerirei solo, data l'assenza della colazione, di allestire nell'area comune un angolo caffè/tisaneria. Vista incantevole. Unica pecca, gli ultimi 2 km di sterrato per arrivare.. sconsigliato per soggiorni lunghi data la scomodità del percorso per scendere in centro o al mare.

Ringraziamo e terremo in considerazione il suggerimento dato. In campagna è frequente trovare strade sterrate pertanto bisognerebbe optare per strutture più vicine alle spiagge o al centro urbano se il percorso diventa un problema.

Un po' di strada sterrata per arrivare ma il panorama merita. Oltre alla camera dotata di servizio privato, a disposizione un frigorifero comune. Da migliorare: installazione aria condizionata.
