The B&B, which is spread over 2 floors, has three bedrooms:
1st floor is the SALVIA ROOM with fridge and bathroom in the room, the living room and the terrace.
2nd floor there are the bedrooms:
- FAMILY ROOM consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with the possibility of dividing the beds into 2 singles with an external bathroom next to the rooms.
- QUADUPLE SUITE ROOM with the possibility of adding a fifth bed and / or camping cot and private bathroom in the room.
All equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, electric kettle with tea bags and instant coffee.
For long periods, linen and towels will be changed every three / four days, while cleaning is daily.

We spent 1 night. Mónica does her best to ensure a comfortable stay and make things easier. The house is very nice, comfortable, and has everything you need, in addition to being clean. We left at 6:00 in the morning and Mónica left us a nice breakfast, a lovely gesture. They were selected for their proximity to the airport.

Friendly host, he waited for us despite the ferry being delayed upon arrival. Payment must be made at check-in. Room also equipped with a spacious private bathroom and a small balcony. We had already been to the property years ago and honestly we had a good time to the point of recommending it to friends and returning. But the situation is no longer what it used to be, the room is a bit cramped, the bathroom is even too big, the closed terrace where a small wardrobe was placed. Despite the air conditioning, the room was warm and at night the light from the air conditioning illuminated the room disturbing sleep quite a bit. The mattress was made up of a series of paired mattresses with a single mini top. The breakfast was poor quality, store-brand products all pre-packaged from discount stores with freeze-dried milk and without the possibility of having anything savory, not even upon request, for those who don't have a sweet breakfast practically eat nothing. Definitely a flop.

Mónica is a charm, she was attentive to our arrival, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows, the bathroom was separate from the room, as it is a shared house with rooms, the bathroom was clean and large. The only downside is that the breakfast had nothing to do with the photos, there were only cookies and four other things. And that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Il saldo è scritto ovunque che è solo per contanti all'arrivo, ma si può fare anche con bonifico immediato e voi avete pagato senza nessuna lamentela. C'era scritto del pagamento per contanti quando vi ho ringraziato di aver prenotato, così pure quando vi ho chiesto l'orario del Vs check in che se non ricordo male è stato alle ore 23: 00 quando normalmente è tra le ore 14 e le ore 16: 00, ma di questo non ne avete parlato. La sola camera con bagno esterno era la vostra. L'avete scelta voi, le altre costano di più e hanno il bagno in stanza, come vi ho spiegato quando siete arrivate. La posizione, senz'altro l'avete vista da google maps prima di prenotare. Buon proseguimento.

We stayed one night for the 105 Summer Festival held on June 27, 2025, in Golfo Aranci. What can I say, Ms. Monica was very kind and helpful from the first stages of the booking. Immediate responses to our requests! Once we arrived in Olbia, Ms. Monica welcomed us with much kindness and availability. Excellent room, clean and very nice, which immediately gave us the feeling of being at home. All essential services, wifi with a QR code, bathroom in the room, very clean linen, everything you need to have a delicious breakfast comfortably seated on the terrace outside the room! I stayed here for one night because my flight landed very late at Olbia airport. I found myself well: both the room and the bathroom are spacious, clean, and equipped with the necessary comforts. The owner proved to be very kind and friendly. I recommend.

In a residential area of Olbia a few minutes by car from the airport, very well-kept, welcoming and very clean property: A Casa di Monica is a very attentive, caring and kind host without being intrusive. We stayed in the blue room, very large and suitable even for a family, bathroom adjacent to the room and the terrace, new and clean. On the second floor of a small building in a neighborhood 10 minutes from the center of Olbia there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. All very clean. Car required. Varied breakfast but only industrial products. No fresh bread, just toast, a bit disappointing. Satisfactory for one night.

We stayed one night as a stopover for the morning ferry. Very welcoming structure and host. Take away breakfast (because we left before 8) abundant. I highly recommend the property. We will be back! A 15-minute walk from the center of Olbia, in a quiet area.

Highly recommended! Monica is welcoming, kind, and always ready to help her guests and provide valuable advice. There is a convenient parking lot below the house and in less than 10 minutes by car, you can reach the center of Olbia. My room was very spacious and was tidied up and cleaned every day. A Casa de Monica is perfect. Monica is a very kind, welcoming, extremely friendly person full of little touches that please. We didn't try the breakfast (which looks abundant from the photos) as we left very early in the morning, but Monica had prepared us something to eat (small cakes, fruit juice brick, and a kettle with tea/coffee in the room... royal). I especially recommend this address, well located to access the airport by bus.

We stayed at this property for only one night, before boarding the ferry that took us back home. The B&B is really well-kept in every detail and very clean, and the area where it is located is very quiet. The room where we stayed is equipped with all the comforts, including a very well-appointed bathroom. Mrs. Monica, the owner of the property, is a very pleasant person. There is not much to say, perfect location if you want to travel around Sardinia. You can even walk to Olbia if some evenings you don't feel like taking the car. A special mention goes to Monica, the true host, always ready to brighten up with a smile and excellent breakfasts! Extremely clean room! Recommended.

Excellent accommodation about 20 minutes walk from the center, also served by efficient and punctual buses. Mrs. Monica and her husband are extraordinary guests, courteous and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time, we are a family of 5 and we really felt at home. Monica was very kind and helpful, breakfast more than plentiful. I definitely recommend this place and if I were to come back to Olbia, I would definitely go to Monica's.

Apartment well cared for in detail, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and all the amenities. But the added value is Monica, a very determined woman, always present and attentive to the guest's needs. Together with Roberto, she made me feel at home. We stayed with our two daughters in the blue room, the four-person room with a private bathroom. The room is very spacious, spotlessly clean and fragrant. The bathroom is beautiful and new, with a shower that makes you want to wash yourself continuously. We were able to have a princely breakfast at 6 in the morning, even though it is served from 8 to 10, because the very kind Monica had everything ready for us. The location is slightly off-center, in a very quiet residential area; with a pleasant 20-minute walk, we reached the center of Olbia. Highly recommended B&B.

What can I say, everything was perfect. Monica waited for our arrival around 23:00 and in the morning around 6:30 we had a hearty breakfast before our embarkation at the port of Olbia. The property is a few kilometers from the port.
