Description

The Bed and Breakfast The Vallere born in a house built around 1960, recently renovated, spacious and furnished with attention to detail.

In a central but quiet, is located just minutes from the means by which you can easily reach the center of the city of Turin, with its royal palaces and its many museums.

For lovers of peace, the B&B The valleys situated in a strategic position to reach the magnificent villages Moncalieri, the castle, in addition to the main square with the fountain of Saturn and many noble buildings like the Palazzo Duck that with the town hall surround Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.

Other points of interest in the immediate vicinity of the house are the Palavela ice skating facility aims of the Olympic Games 2006 and home to many events, the museum recently rimodernizato automobile, home to the Lingotto Fiere Exhibition dell'libro as many fairs, Expocasa idea wedding etc.

We are also close to major hospitals in Turin, Molinette, CTO, St. Anne
Queen Margaret.

The entire apartment is available, clean and equipped with all the comforts at an affordable price for the quality offered. The manager is kind and helpful, provided us with the keys not only to the apartment, but also to the gate for the entrance and the car park, making us completely independent. The property is located in a very quiet area, close to takeaway restaurants or pizzerias. It is 500 meters away on foot from the Bengasi metro stop, allowing you to easily reach the center of Turin in 15 minutes. I have recommended this place to some friends who will be going to Turin shortly and I recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back.

My partner and I stayed here and we had a good time. Very friendly and kind managers, varied and abundant breakfast, excellent cleanliness and the B&B is in a great location as you can easily reach Le Vallere Park, the historic center of Moncalieri, and the metro station is just a few steps away. We will definitely come back for another stay.

Truly positive experience! The owners were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The apartment, small but with spacious rooms, was clean and tidy, with excellent air conditioning; the double bed (the single one was not used) very comfortable. Abundant and varied typically "Italian" (thus sweet) breakfast. The property is located in a quiet area not far from the metro, so it is easy to reach the city center and other strategic areas of Turin. If I were to come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect accommodation and fully equipped. If you are with family, it is the ideal solution. Quiet area and close to the subway to be immediately close to the important areas of the city. Antonio is extremely helpful to meet any need.

Very clean room equipped with amenities such as air conditioning and television. Bathroom and kitchen proportional to the size of the structure and very clean. The only flaw is that the walls are very thin, so the presence of guests on the floor above was felt. Additionally, if you are staying for several days, I recommend bringing a hairdryer, as the bathroom, from what we could see, does not have one.

Grazie per la recensione, tengo a precisare che di sopra non ci sono ospiti ma tutta la struttura e occupata dalla famiglia che ha nel nucleo familiare due bimbe piccole che probabilmente giocando qualche rumorino lo fanno per quanto riguarda il Phon è da 11 anni presente nella struttura spiace molto che non lo abbiate trovato e magari è stata una distrazione nostra non avervi indicato dove trovarlo dispiace davvero perché se avreste chiesto anche solo con un messaggio potevamo provvedere nell’immediato . Nel ringraziare per averci scelto e per la recensione costruttiva vi mando un caro saluto . Antonio

Great solution for even medium to long stays. Located in a quiet area, ensures a good night's rest. It is close to the ring road and allows quick connections to and from the highways; moreover, the proximity to the metro terminus provides easy access to the center of Turin. A private parking space is available. Vici.

Per chi come me voleva visitare Torino la posizione di questo B&B è un po' fuori mano (la fermata della metro è molto distante), la colazione (abbondante ma tutto confezionato) è stata l'altra nota stonata, tutto il resto è stato veramente super! La pulizia di questa struttura è paragonabile ad una sala operatoria! Lenzuola profumate, riscaldamento efficientissimo, posto auto attaccato alla struttura ed all'interno di una recinzione, tutto veramente più che soddisfacente.

Ringrazio molto per aver recensito, un gesto molto gradito e mai scontato. Ne approfitto per rispondere alle note stonate a cui a fatto riferimento. La metropolitana e distante perché per nostra sfortuna la fermata che abbiamo in pratica dietro casa è ancora in costruzione ma a breve sarà disponibile così da raggiungere il centro di Torino con estrema facilità. Per quanto riguarda la colazione le normative regionali vietano la somministrazione di alimenti freschi come torte o succhi di frutta fatti in casa per i B&B cosa diversa se si sceglie di soggiornare in un agriturismo, e dato che siamo rigorosi nel rispettare le normative per non incorrere in sanzioni aimé siamo penalizzati e dobbiamo ricorrere al confezionato. I miei più cordiali saluti, Antonio.

Sono d'accordo con lei anche a noi piacerebbe molto offrire ai nostri ospiti un servizio colazione con dei prodotti freschi e più genuini ma purtroppo le leggi regionali impediscono di somministrare cibi freschi se non si anno dei requisiti particolari cosa che si potrebbe richiedere in un agriturismo ad esempio, comunque farò tesoro del suo consiglio. Struttura accogliente e in zona tranquilla. Tra l'altro distante, a piedi, 5 minuti da 2/3 locali interessanti tra pizzerie e ristoranti. Antonio, il proprietario è sempre stato gentilissimo, sia in fase di prenotazione, sia nell'"accudirci" una volta arrivati (nonostante avesse altri impegni improrogabili). Colazione abbondante. Unico appunto: i colori. Tutti molto accesi. Personalmente non è il mio gusto. D'altronde de gustibus.

Mini appartamento accogliente anche se struttura antica, pulito, comodo, ho dormito benissimo, colazione abbondante anche se tutto confezionato, a disposizione microonde, macchina caffè, frigo. 5 minuti a piedi dalla linea autobus che porta a Torino e zona fiera. Io ci ritornerei volentieri.

B&B in una struttura accogliente considerando che si ha a disposizione un intero bilocale. È attenta la pulizia degli ambienti e il cambio della biancheria, gli alimenti della colazione sono abbondanti e di buona qualità. La camera è ampia e luminosa. Ambienti riscaldati e accoglienti. Utilissimo l'accesso al wi-fi. Si trova in una zona tranquilla dove è sempre possibile trovare parcheggio e da cui è facilmente raggiungibile il centro della città e la tangenziale. Il gestore offre ottima disponibilità e regala un'atmosfera familiare. Il B&B è divenuto il nostro punto di riferimento torinese.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente ottimo considerando che si ha a disposizione un intero appartamento completo di tutto (mancano solo i fuochi della cucina). Allo stesso prezzo solitamente si ottiene solo una stanza. Pulizia ovunque e colazione abbondante seppur non particolarmente ricercata. Disponibilità dei gestori ma non ce n'è stato proprio bisogno. Parcheggio libero nelle strade adiacenti.

Si tratta di un mini appartamento curato e pulito vicino ai mezzi pubblici bus (e quando sarà terminata anche la nuova metropolitana). Indipendente ma con il supporto dei titolari qualora ve ne sia la necessita. La location è tranquilla e si può parcheggiare sia all'interno che lungo la strada in sicurezza. È pratico da raggiungere avendo a pochi chilometri la tangenziale di Torino. Una sistemazione da tenere in considerazione per visite alla città ed ai dintorni.
