Description

The Chicca Stadio Olimpico bed and breakfast was established in 2015. It is located on the sixth floor of a building in the Santa Rita Nord district, which is considered one of the best and most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. It is 600 meters away from the Olympic Stadium and PalaAlpitour (formerly Palaolimpico). The city center and the train stations of Torino Porta Nuova, Porta Susa, and Lingotto are easily accessible by public transportation, with stops just 5 meters away from the property.

Chicca Stadio Olimpico is also close to several hospitals and military barracks. The Polytechnic University of Turin is 1 km away, and for sports enthusiasts, there is a running track at Piazza d'Armi just a few meters from the B&B.

The host was very friendly. Unfortunately the apartment doesn't have a kitchen or any breakfast options. The transportation to the city center wasn't bad if you calculate at least 30 minutes bus ride.

I have been in this accommodation for quite a long time while I was looking for a rental accommodation to study in Turin. I chose this accommodation both for the price and for its location as it is very close to the Polytechnic, which is easily reachable in 1 minute on foot. The owner Vincenzo has always been very helpful and kind; I had to extend my stay several times and he always managed to keep the room for me as long as I needed it. The structure consists of three rooms and the bathroom is shared. The room was large and well equipped with a small table and a television. As for the need to share the bathroom, I never had any issues and I always found the structure very clean. So I highly recommend this place.

I challenge you to find such a quality/price ratio. Highly recommended if you have logistical flexibility. In any case, well connected and a stone's throw from a tram stop that crosses the city like the 4. Cleanliness, rich breakfast, courtesy, comfortable room, excellent en-suite bathroom. I stayed only one night at this bed and breakfast because unfortunately in the following dates everything was already booked, otherwise I would have gladly extended my stay, also having the need for it. The property is located in a very convenient area, well served by everything and easily reachable by public transport. The bathroom is shared with the other room in the apartment, but I found it very clean and tidy. The same goes for the room, clean and very spacious. Perhaps the most positive note of all was the kindness of the owner, a very easy-going and kind person, who even offered to help me with a logistical problem that had arisen. In summary, excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Vincenzo is a fantastic manager, very helpful and easygoing, whatever your needs may be. My partner and I stayed for 4 days in his property on the 6th floor of a building in Corso Orbassano (10 minutes by bus from the center, with a stop right below the property) and we were impressed by the tranquility of the area. There is no breakfast provided, but a well-stocked pastry shop is just a 2-minute walk away and, right next to it, a tobacco shop to buy tickets for public transport. You couldn't ask for more at the offered price! If we were to return to Turin, it will definitely be a preferred choice for overnight stays. Thank you for everything, Vincenzo!

Not particularly satisfied with the accommodation for a few reasons: 1) the manager informed me only upon our arrival that there was no availability in his establishment and led me to an alternative solution nearby but not equivalent in quality. I appreciated that there was a dignified alternative but I would have liked to have been informed in advance; 2) the 'reserve' solution did not have the same standards as the initial one but I was asked for the same price; 3) it was never clearly specified that breakfast was not only not included in the price, but was not even planned. So we had to manage on our own (fortunately very well). That being said, compared to other solutions in Turin, this one was also relatively economical, but I believe that a little more organization and clarity in the conditions would not have hurt. It is also true that we are not in the center of Turin so we cannot expect anything extraordinary.

Gli standard previsti parlavano di stanza bagno in comune, invece ti ho dato una struttura con bagno privato, con nessun altro ospite all'interno dell'appartamento e allo stesso prezzo. Conoscevi bene la posizione della struttura e che la colazione non era compresa, infatti su questo portale non si parla di colazione, ma l’ubicazione è ben delineata. Per quanto riguarda il cambio ne avevamo già parlato telefonicamente per tempo che avevo due alternative, quindi resto basito dalle tue recensioni negative.

The manager is very kind and patient. The location of the B&B Torino Chicca Stadio Olimpico, I found it excellent for my travels and also from an economic point of view, I saved a lot compared to others, for what you need a room for (stay and rest in the area without having to return home). Also excellent cleanliness, a pity for the only shared bathroom but that is already in the budget, so if you accept the condition, there is no problem.

I went to see the Derby with my daughters, the B&B is 900 meters away from the Municipal Stadium, the owners are friendly and helpful, so much so that they even accompanied us to the Stadium Entrance, perfect cleanliness and abundant breakfast, fair price.

It's like being with family. The manager is helpful and the rooms are cozy. The location is great especially for going to the stadium, for concerts or other events. With just one bus, you can reach the city center. I recommend it.
