Description
The guesthouse La Piazzetta, a brand new building, is located in Marcelli di Numana, 120 meters from the beach and the town center.

It has 6 rooms, two of which have a beautiful terrace with an automatic sunshade, all with private en-suite bathroom, LED TV, minibar, adjustable air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and private parking.

On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room where you can relax after a day at the beach.

Adjacent to La Piazzetta, the new guesthouse La Piazzetta 2 offers double, triple, and quadruple rooms, along with the same amenities as the main structure. In La Piazzetta 2, there is also a suite with an independent entrance and an exclusive garden, which is very spacious and comfortable.

The property has agreements with beach resorts in Marcelli and Numana.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The structure is very welcoming and close to the sea, which can be reached in a few minutes. The room and the bathroom are very comfortable and always clean. The breakfast meets every need. It was a great experience.

Structure with excellent location for the various beaches, nearby bus stop to Numana City, supermarket and restaurants. Friendliness and kindness of the owners Michela and Cesare. 2 weeks of relaxation.

Personale sempre gentile e molto disponibile, camere spaziose, confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario (asciugacapelli, tv, aria condizionata, cassaforte, frigorifero, stendibiancheria,... .). Struttura molto bella, vicina al mare ed alla via principale di Marcelli (Numana), da cui le altre località della riviera del Conero risultano facilmente raggiungibili.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti in questo B&B per 10 giorni nel mese di luglio, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la posizione della struttura molto vicina al mare (spiagge libere e/o lidi attrezzati) che per la camera, pulita e con tutti i confort (all'altezza di hotel di fascia alta). Siamo stati accolti dai gestori (Cesare e Michela) gentilissimi e disponibilissimi sia ad attendere alle richieste che a suggerire mete ed indicazioni turistiche. Abbiamo gradito l'abbondante colazione servita su vassoio (no self-service per Covid) completa di tutto quello che si richiede. Mi è stata anche data la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto sotto un portico (di loro proprietà) e di averla "a vista" (nessuno tocca niente!). Insomma il giudizio complessivo è ottimo... probabilmente ci ritorneremo per continuare la visita del territorio che offre davvero molto. Bravi complimenti continuate così.

La struttura è molto carina, le camere sono ben curate anche se l'arredo è in po' datato. I ragazzi che gestiscono sono molto carini e altrettanto gentili pronti a risolvere ogni problema nel migliore dei modi, cosa da non sottovalutare, amano gli animali e per noi che avevamo un cane è stata un'ottima cosa. La colazione varia e abbondante adatta a soddisfare tutti i gusti anche qui i ragazzi estremamente premurosi e pronti a soddisfare anche esigenze particolari, basta chiedere e sarete accontentati. Che dire per me, che viaggio parecchio e frequento strutture della stessa tipologia, questo B&B è da consigliare.

Ho trascorso una settimana in questa struttura con la mia famiglia. Le camere sono nuovissime, molto pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottimale vicino ai negozi e ristoranti ed il mare è raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti. I gestori sono cordiali, disponibili ed attenti alle necessita' del cliente. Bellissima vacanza in un posto che non conoscevo e nel quale sicuramente ritornerò.

Struttura nuova, accogliente, con parcheggio privato, ben posizionata per visitare località del Conero e dintorni. Siamo state in 3 in una bella stanza ampia, molto apprezzato il giardinetto esterno con comodo tavolino e sedie. Gestori cordiali e disponibili. Direi che ci rivedranno.

Ci siamo stati tre giorni per il ponte del 25 Aprile con amici. Siamo stati benissimo, ospitalità al top e ottime colazioni. La vicinanza alla spiaggia e il parcheggio privato, da non sottovalutare, tutto veramente come descritto! Le camere sono molto confortevoli e arredate con gusto (noi siamo stati nella Giada con terrazzo), c'è perfino la connessione Wi-Fi! Da consigliare sicuramente.
