The B&B is located in the historical center of Fermo, within the medieval walls of the city.
The B&B was built in the early 1900s. It is an independent house on three levels.
It has been renovated while preserving the main characteristics of old Marche houses.
The B&B offers three bedrooms:
- First floor: double room with ensuite bathroom
- Second floor: 1 quadruple room with ensuite bathroom
- Second floor: 1 triple room with ensuite bathroom
Average room size is 25 square meters. The B&B has TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor, there is the kitchen and the breakfast room.
Wine tours (oenogastronomic tours) are organized from Friday to Monday, lasting 1, 2, or 3 days, with visits to the best wineries and the most picturesque villages in the Marche region, including tastings of local products and wine samples.

Nice structure, well maintained not in the center but convenient for parking. It's a pity that the check-in was postponed to 3:30 pm for personal reasons of the manager, when on the website it was possible to do it from 1:00 pm. Another flaw is the cash payment, explicitly requested by the manager upon our arrival, when it was not specified anywhere. Little regard for celiac customers. Despite having immediately specified my problem when booking, I was told that the B&B "is not equipped" for this situation. Then I was presented with a pack of gluten-free cookies during the morning breakfast. Maybe as an apology...

Siamo stati una notte posto ben arredato gestore disponibile. Camera curata bell’estetica ma non funzionale.
Coperte non adeguate alla temperatura esterna e quella alternativa presente nell’armadio polverosa. Colazione pessima: cappuccino freddo non c’era pane fresco niente frutta, giudizio: scarso.

Quello che lei ha scritto non corrisponde né a verità oggettive ne soggettiva. Se è uno scherzo è uno scherzo di cattivo gusto. Vede, c’è una persona preposta a fare i cappuccini e li prepara davanti a lei, quindi non può essere freddo, inoltre la frutta è sempre presente, magari lei non l’ha vista e bastava chiedere.

Gli inglesi li chiamano "loft", strutture ricavate da vecchi edifici in piccoli ambienti, noi napoletani preferiamo chiamarla "una bomboniera" !

Buona posizione in zona centrare e strategica. Bellino il B&B. Buone le camere, pulite, ma senza comforts (gli abiti devi lasciarli in borsa). Il titolare non si è mai visto!

Grazie per la recensione. Per i vestiti ci sono gli appendiabiti e un comò con tre ampi cassetti. In più al secondo piano vi è un ulteriore armadio nel soppalco e al primo piano una comoda rastrelliera. Mi sembra che ci siamo visti al momento del vostro arrivo. Per preparare le colazioni veniva la mia compagna e per controllare che tutto andasse bene venivo io. Forse non ci siamo incrociati. Meglio che le cose vadano bene quando il titolare sembra non esserci che il contrario.

È una bomboniera, situato nel centro storico di questo bellissimo paese in un piccolo borgo medioevale sotto la torre. Curatissimo in ogni particolare, ristrutturato con un gusto finissimo! Cosa dire, sicuramente ci tornerò! Complimenti ai proprietari per la gentilezza disponibilità e cordialità.

Bella casa ristrutturata con gusto ed attenzione alla praticità d'uso.
È situata in una buona posizione sia per visitare a piedi la città (si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti), sia per fare delle escursioni ai centri vicini, in quanto è possibile parcheggiare la macchina a pochi metri dal B&B. Gestore gentilissimo ci è venuto a prendere al casello autostradale e guidati fino al B&B.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Fermo. Facilità di parcheggio. La palazzina che ospita il B&B è curata, in tipica architettura medioevale. Le stanze sono accoglienti, ben arredate e pulite, con travi a vista sul soffitto. I proprietari sono molto gentili ed ospitali. Veramente consigliato.

Buon prezzo, bel trattamento, gentilezza, comodo (a pochi km dall'autostrada) anche per chi, come noi vuole fare una sosta per degli spostamenti lunghi. Il nostro viaggio era Milano/Lecce.
