Description

Our property is a cozy two-room apartment nestled in the hilly countryside, just 6 km from the beautiful beach. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and spend your stay in complete peace. We do not have a TV or Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully disconnect from daily stress. Additionally, we offer special discounts for stays of a week or more; however, please note that cancellations are not free, and we require advance payment upon arrival. Check-in is available until 8:30 PM, while check-out must be done by 9 AM. The rates for a double room are €50.00, rising to €55.00 during peak season (July 15 to August 31), and for a double room for single use, the cost is €50.00. If you are an art and culture enthusiast, you will be pleased to know that our property features a rich library and a contemporary art exhibition.

It is not the first time we have been to Fermo and among all the places we have stayed, this is definitely the best. The house is simple, but very, very well-kept and welcoming (and with a breathtaking view!). The presence of a small kitchen allows you to organize meals independently. The property is located a short walk from the historic center and near a road where there are numerous free parking spaces, elements that allow you to minimize, if desired, the use of the car. The managers of the property are people of exquisite kindness and availability. Highly recommended!

A beautiful rustic house, simple but nothing is missing, everything you need is there: from the kitchen to the shower. Not for those who depend on the TV... Very quiet area, surrounded by the countryside and a short walk from the beautiful medieval center. Sea view where you can enjoy the beautiful colors of the sunrise. For those who want to stop in Fermo, I recommend B&B Con Arte!

The apartment is right next to the city walls in a quiet area with no parking problems, in a couple of steps you can reach the center. Excellent solution to stay in Fermo and visit the many nearby locations!

Old structure, but quite well renovated. Clean and tidy. Basically a double room with equipped kitchen (+ fridge/freezer) and with everything needed for cleaning + bathroom with shower. Breakfast is not provided, but it can be easily prepared, as well as all kinds of meals. Ideal for two people. Free parking on the same street. Very quiet area. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot, especially because, for those who do not know Fermo, it's all ups and downs. Kind and helpful hosts.

The managers are available and friendly. The B&B looks good both in terms of appearance and cleanliness. Well cared for in the details, it is very welcoming and functional.
