In the small air-conditioned living room in front of the bedrooms, you will find a sideboard with a kitchenette and a refrigerator available to guests for light meals and everything necessary for a plentiful breakfast.

Area seaside
History and culture permeate the atmosphere: the Archaeological Park houses the remains of a Roman villa dating back to the 1st century AD, while the Medieval Village, the Spanish art Nativity scene, the Museum of the Territory, and the Malacological Museum offer captivating insights for those interested in exploring the local past and traditions. The Quaternary Ecology Laboratory is also intriguing, as it deepens understanding of the area's natural heritage.
In under an hour, one can reach artistic cities like Ascoli Piceno and Fermo, while the airports of Ancona and Pescara provide quick connections for those traveling from afar. Just a few kilometers away is the San Benedetto del Tronto hospital, and the equipped beaches, ideal for relaxing days, round out a territory that combines sea, nature, and culture into a single travel experience.
