Description
Located in the green rolling hills just 6 km from the sea and less than 1 km from the delightful hilltop village of Massignano, "Il Melograno B&B" is a typical old Marche farmhouse which has been recently restored. Surrounded by olive groves, sunflower fields and vineyards, you will be able to unwind and discover the many natural and historical hidden gems of this area in the southern part of the Marche called il Piceno. "Il Melograno" is also an ideal destination for an active holiday as it is close to the beach and to the mountains with plenty of opportunities for lovely walks. We also have mountain-bikes for our guests.
All rooms have a separate main entrance and en-suite bathroom with hairdrier, free wifi, air conditioning and independent heating for the cooler months.
To get the day off to a good start we offer a delicious breakfast with various types of home baked bread (with wholemeal and spelt flours, sunflower seeds, yoghurt), delicious cakes (including a flourless chocolate cake, brownies, muffins), jams and marmalades as well as the wonderful peaches and apricots grown locally, figs and cherries picked in our garden, yoghurt, cereals and fruit juices.
As Annelise is a qualified teacher of Italian with many years' experience in London there is the possibility of Italian language courses ranging from total beginners to advanced.

Breakfast
Our breakfast is carefully prepared in every detail. Annelise comes from Trentino-Alto Adige and has lived in London for many years. Therefore, the breakfast at Melograno, which can be enjoyed in the garden shaded by fig and cherry trees in the summer, is the result of a fusion of traditions that is expressed in delights such as homemade bread with wholemeal flour, yogurt, cereals, and sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seeds. You can also taste exquisite sweets such as brownies and muffins, and soft cakes with original and surprising flavors and aromas. Our specialty is the jams made with peaches and apricots from Piceno and with berries from Alto Adige. In season, you can also taste the cherries and figs from our garden.

The bed and breakfast is located on a hill, surrounded by plants, olive trees, orchards, and flowers. It exudes peace, silence, and tranquility. Annelise and Tomaso are two excellent hosts who welcome their guests, give advice, and make you feel at home. The room is tidy, well-furnished, and, above all, equipped with a great mattress. It was cleaned every day and supplied with fresh linens. The highlight is the breakfast, varied and entirely homemade by Annelise with her jams, special sweets, and bread baked by Tomaso. What else to add? Everything perfect. I highly recommend it and hope to have other opportunities to come back.

We stopped for one night during our journey along the Adriatic and we were very pleased with the hospitality of the owners, the cleanliness, and the quality breakfast. Quiet place immersed in the silence of the Piceno countryside; you sleep very well. Also excellent advice given on the restaurant.

My husband and I stayed at 'Il Melograno B&B' for two days. It is located in a wonderful position, surrounded by a charming garden and enveloped in the silence and chirping of cicadas. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, equipped with everything you need. The homemade breakfast is exquisite and plentiful. Additionally, the owners are two delightful people. We will definitely do everything to go back.

We spent a few days at this Bed and Breakfast immersed in nature and cared for in every detail. The availability and friendliness of the owners are one of the most pleasant aspects we could appreciate, in addition, of course, to their ability to prepare breakfast with homemade cakes, bread, and exquisite jams. My partner and I stayed at 'Il Melograno B&B' for a week. The owners made us feel at home right away with their kindness and cordiality, always available to provide useful information about places of interest. We will miss the breakfasts a lot, all homemade with love. It is a very quiet place where you can rest very well at night. I highly recommend it.

Annalise and Tomaso are two friendly, welcoming, and discreet people. Even though I stayed only one night, they made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast, with homemade products (bread, jams, cakes), is truly rich and tasty. Served in the beautiful garden, in the shade of the trees, it becomes magnificent! The room is very comfortable and pretty.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole ne "Il Melograno B&B"; proprietari davvero cordiali e disponibili, sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste del cliente; colazione abbondante e davvero buona con dolci e pane fatti in casa; la struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, dista meno di 10 km dal mare. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte nella struttura, ma è stata sufficiente per capire che Annelise e Tommaso sono due persone speciali. La cura dei particolari, la loro gentilezza, la loro disponibilità fanno la differenza. La colazione che vi prepareranno resterà legata alle vostre retine e alle vostre papille gustative per sempre. Se doveste fare tappa nelle Marche per dirigervi verso il sud, andateli a trovare. Mi ringrazierete.

La struttura si trova in collina, con un giardino bellissimo, ricorda la campagna francese o inglese. La casa è ristrutturata con camere molto molto carine, dotate di wifi aria condizionata asciugacapelli biancheria acqua sempre in camera.
I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre pronti ad aiutarti per un consiglio su cosa visitare o cosa mangiare.
Le colazioni sono spettacolari, i loro dolci e il loro pane sono eccezionali! Direi super consigliata, e sicuramente se torno nelle Marche sarà la mia tappa! Grazie Annelise e Tom, a presto.

Il Melograno è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, è immerso nel verde e dà l'opportunità di effettuare tante escursioni nei dintorni. Le camere sono pulite, comode e arredate con gusto. Tomaso e Annelise ci hanno riservato una splendida accoglienza e sono stati molto premurosi nei nostri confronti, dandoci consigli sui possibili itinerari e preparandoci un'ottima colazione con buonissime torte e marmellate fatte da loro. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo!

B&B nel vero senso della parola. I proprietari alloggiano nella struttura e sono presenti durante il giorno per qualsiasi necessità. Rilassante e suggestivo fare colazione sotto il ciliegio con prodotti fatti in casa dai proprietari. Buonissimo sia il pane che i dolci e le marmellate. Da migliorare il wi-fi.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo delizioso casale sulle colline marchigiane poco distante dal mare e ci siamo trovati benissimo coccolati dall'accogliente ospitalità dei proprietari, attenti ad ogni particolare e alle nostre richieste.
Mitiche le colazioni preparate da Annelise, gustose ed abbondanti e preziose le indicazioni di Tom sugli itinerari da seguire alla scoperta dei dintorni, davvero un'esperienza da ripetere a breve!

Abbiamo soggiornato per alcuni giorni nel mese di luglio e ci siamo trovati bene sin dal nostro arrivo. Siamo stati accolti da Annalise e Tom, i proprietari, che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.
La stanza ampia e arredata con buon gusto. Una menzione particolare merita la colazione, ogni mattina un dolce diverso preparato da Annalise, le sue squisite marmellate (ottima quella di arance amare) gustate con l'ottimo pane preparato da Tom. Se poi si ha necessità di informazioni per visitare i luoghi rivolgetevi con tranquillità a Tom è disponibile e molto preparato.

Il Melograno è una struttura molto curata, estremamente pulita e la sua posizione è ottima per raggiungere sia il mare che i paesi nell'interno.
Ma soprattutto è un luogo silenzioso, di relax e la cortesia e la discreta sollecitudine dei proprietari è impagabile.
La colazione merita una menzione speciale per le torte, il pane e le marmellate fatte in casa.
Siamo stati benissimo!
