Just a few steps from the sea, on the seafront of Numana, the "Caletta del Conero" Guesthouse is a villa renovated in 2014.

Managed with care and attention to detail by the owners, it has been tastefully furnished: the rooms are pleasant, functional, and harmonious to make everyone feel at home.

Caletta del Conero offers modern, comfortable rooms that meet the guests' needs.

All accommodations are air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, and private bathroom. At the entrance of the property, there is a small refrigerator available for guests.

A perfect week. My rating is 10 because I could not give more. Luca welcomed us with kindness, availability and professionalism, making us feel at home from the start. The location is by the sea and in the town center, with all services very close. The room was large, comfortable, beautiful and always clean. Highly recommended, suitable for the whole family. Thanks to Caletta del Conero for adding fundamental value to this unforgettable week. A special thanks to the sweet Mrs. Marisa who tidies and cleans the rooms impeccably every day.

Very central location,very new room,and excellent cleanliness.Host efficient,available and friendly.In summer,having a shared fridge can be a drawback,but it is large and brand new as well.Of the two bars available for breakfast,one was inaccessible due to too many people.Price not low but includes many services(cleaning and frequent linen changes,parking,umbrella and sunbeds).Everything fine,would return.

Great structure on the main street of Marcelli, in the heart of the village. The host is very kind and always available. The room is cozy and always clean. The breakfast is available in 2 nearby bars while the beach where 2 sunbeds and an umbrella are included in the room rate. Additionally, the owner of the B&B provides a pass for parking in the entire municipality of Numana (except for the main street which is in ZTL due to the evening markets twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). Everything is perfect, the only note I would have concerns the bed which is particularly hard, but that's subjective (some people like it that way).

We stayed at the b&b for 5 days and had a great time. The host Luca was always available. The place is extremely clean, although the rooms are small, they are very functional and brand new. Moreover, the treatment was like in a hotel, as our room was cleaned every day with towels changed every two days and sheets every four days. It is located by the sea, in the center, and it is worth noting that the cost included an umbrella, two sunbeds, and a parking pass for the car. Practically perfect!

Luca, the manager, is very kind. The structure consists of a villa adapted for room rental. Our double room, on the ground floor, was quite small, as was the bathroom. All new and modern, but a bit small. Luckily it didn't rain. There are still some things to implement, like curtains in the bathroom and on the French door (we always kept the shutters half closed, so as not to be seen by the neighbors in front) and shower caddies, but Luca will surely take care of it soon. Great idea of the included beach (even if in the 5th row, with free umbrellas in front, since it is September). Really poor breakfast: only a cappuccino and a croissant at the nearby bar, not even a fruit juice or a glass of water.

Beautiful structure, clean, comfortable and convenient for the beaches and excursions. Luca, the owner becomes a friend, welcoming and attentive. Although there is no internal parking, he offers the pass for free parking in the blue lines and the beach service, options that are not obvious. Good Italian breakfast to choose from in two adjacent structures.

We were guests of Caletta del Conero last week, from July 22nd to 29th. The evaluation is more than positive and we will certainly repeat this choice if we want to stay in the Conero area again. Full of courtesy and warmth, maximum availability. The structure is right in the center of Marcelli, a stone's throw from the sea. Luca immediately makes the difference and as soon as you arrive you feel pampered and comfortable. Highly recommended.

New or recently renovated structure, in the Marcelli hamlet. Clean and fresh room, comfortable bed, immaculate bathroom. Internal parking or permission to park in nearby areas for free. Sunbeds and deck chairs included in the price. Croissants and cappuccino in an adjacent bar. I had a great time. Luca is a friendly and helpful person. Well done.

Optimal location and very clean room, it's also nice to have the beach umbrella and sunbeds available. The most precious and pleasant thing I found: the management. Luca and Riccardo, two very nice people, always ready to fulfill our requests and generous with advice on how to make the most of our stay in Marcelli.

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom and quite clean. Not perfectly maintained. However, a bit lacking in bathroom products and the mirror not shiny. Overall, the shortcomings are forgiven by the courtesy, kindness, and availability of Mr. Luca. Always prompt and attentive to every request. Should definitely be recommended.

Nevertheless, one enjoys great tranquility. The manager, Luca, is an impeccable host. Present, available, courteous, goes the extra mile to interpret and meet customers' requests. I had a great time. The entire structure is very clean and well maintained. It is located in front of the beach and in the town center. Breakfast consists of cappuccino or other + croissants at a nearby affiliated bar. Luca, the manager, very friendly and helpful, gave me useful advice. I will definitely come back.

We were extremely satisfied with this accommodation, for the welcome, the availability, the cleanliness and the order of the rooms. Managed very accurately. Located by the sea, you cross the coastal road and you are immediately on the beach, well served by shuttle services to move towards Numana and Sirolo. Mr. Luca is a special person, always available to meet every need and do his best to satisfy them. You can ask Luca for any kind of information on everything related to movements to reach beaches, restaurants. He provides a free pass for parking on the blue lines, usable up to the parking lots in Numana excluding the Porto area. I highly recommend it, the place is very quiet. On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00 pm, there are markets along the street with a great flow of people, well served by bars, restaurants and bathing establishments. Thanks to Caletta del Conero, Luca and all his staff, until next time.

Quiet environment with excellent and discreet room cleaning, very helpful management for personalized requests, convenient to find included umbrella and sunbed at a family-run beach with the possibility of an excellent lunch on the beach. Nice place, with private parking, excellent location on the Marcelli seafront, functional and clean rooms. Near the affiliated bathing establishment (we were 3, and we had 3 sunbeds and 1 umbrella available). Breakfast is not provided, they only rent rooms, they give you a voucher to use in the bar in front: Basic breakfast = cappuccino/milk/tea + croissant. At the entrance, there is a shared mini fridge available for the 3 rooms, the Wi-Fi works very well. The only problem is that we slept (if you can call it sleeping) 4 nights (at the end of July) without air conditioning with 30 degrees in the room, even the other guests suffered the same inconvenience.

A nice discovery, the Caletta del Conero, found online, turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to spend a week of vacation in absolute tranquility while enjoying the sea and the stunning landscapes of Conero and its surroundings. A very well-maintained structure, in details and in welcoming guests with the ability to make the guest feel comfortable with simplicity and without falling into false ceremonies. A must-try.

Together with my daughter, we spent two nights (end of August/beginning of September) in this very well furnished B&B. We had a spacious and quiet room. The breakfast included in the price was in a bar. The owners of the bar were kind, but also very kind were the owners of the B&B, Riccardo and his aunt. Always ready to give advice for outings and restaurants in the area. I really hope to return to those areas for the beautiful sea and the tranquility of the place. Recommendation for a relaxing holiday.
