J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. La propreté du B&B est impeccable. Je recommande vivement La Perla del Conero, en tout cas je n'hésiterai pas à les recontacter si je retourne dans la région.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel mese di agosto e devo dire che è stato tutto ottimo: la pulizia, l'accoglienza del proprietario della struttura, i consigli sulle spiagge e i luoghi da visitare. Altra nota positiva è la pulizia della camera. Unica pecca (se così vogliamo chiamarla) è la colazione, avrei gradito oltre ai croissants e alle brioches anche qualcosa di salato (toast, ecc... .) ma nel complesso direi OTTIMA STRUTTURA.
Dimenticavo... la struttura si trova a 7/8 minuti a piedi dal mare in una zona piuttosto tranquilla di Marcelli.

Non potevano trovare di meglio. Il titolare, il signor Marco, è dotato di una gentilezza e professionalità fuori dal comune. La sua struttura è pulita, ordinata e ben organizzata. La nostra camera, seppur piccolina, aveva tutto quello che serviva.
La posizione è ottimale, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera e con la fermata del bus ad un minuto dalla struttura.
Il proprietario, sempre disponibile a consigli e dritte per visitare il territorio, offre una colazione su misura. Ci sentiamo di dire che l'atmosfera intima e discreta della struttura, ha contribuito a pieno a rendere la nostra vacanza un piacere.

Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere le vacanze quest'anno nella Riviera del Conero e abbiamo scelto come struttura ricettiva La Perla del Conero. È stata una scelta azzeccatissima, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Marco è sempre pronto ad aiutarti e a consigliarti. Ci ha suggerito ristoranti dove cenare e luoghi da visitare. Camera pulita e essenziale. Il giardino esterno è carinissimo, molto curato e pieno di fiori. Ci sono anche degli stendini, sempre molto utili per chi è in vacanza. La struttura è poco distante dal mare, ma quel tanto da essere lontana dai rumori e dal traffico del centro di Marcelli. Alla prossima sicuramente se ci ritroviamo in zona.

Ambiente pulitissimo e tranquillo.
I gestori sono attentissimi alla sicurezza covid, e questo l' abbiamo molto apprezzato; inoltre sono gentilissimi, molto cortesi e premurosi.

Sono stata al Bed and breakfast La Perla del Conero per un week end lungo di giugno.
L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, la camera Ametista con ingresso indipendente era pulita e spaziosa con tutti i confort di cui avessimo bisogno. Il proprietario Marco è molto disponibile a proporre itinerari e/o convenzioni nella zona e comunque ad ascoltare ogni esigenza.
Colazione buona, con brioche fresche richieste ad hoc. un luogo che assolutamente consiglio.

Sono in vacanza con mia figlia in questo B&B bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli.
Marco il gestore è gentile e disponibile. Ha preparato per noi il piano turistico di tutta la settimana non avendo noi la macchina e dovendoci spostare coi bus.
La signora Rita è gentilissima e prepara dei dolci buonissimi.
Il paesaggio che si vede all'affaccio dal B&B è spettacolare. Il mare di tante gradazioni di azzurro mai viste prima.
Un posto stupendo. Ci auguriamo di potervi tornare l'anno prossimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel fine settimana di Pasqua e la soddisfazione è tanta.
Ottimo B&B accogliente e soprattutto pulito. La prima colazione è abbondantissima.
Il proprietario, Marco, ama veramente gli animali. È cordiale e disponibile.

B&B che consiglio vivamente. La struttura è accogliente e pulita, si trova in posizione residenziale tranquilla. Azzeccata la possibilità di usufruire della cucina e del frigo. Il B&B si trova in posizione tranquilla e si gode di una bella veduta del monte Conero, le stanze sono larghe e ben rifinite e di recente ristrutturazione.
Ottima la colazione con prodotti preparati dalla proprietaria, accoglienti ed ospitali i proprietari Marco e sua madre.

Tutto molto bello e valido, dalla posizione, all'arredamento curatissimo, alla qualità della colazione.
Possibilità di avere degli stendini per far asciugare le cose, parcheggio riservato, uso della cucina a qualsiasi ora.
Bellissima vista sul monte ed il suo cappello.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo trovato veramente una "perla" di B&B. Camere molto belle, colazioni ottime e gestori sempre molto disponibili, cordiali e discreti allo stesso tempo. La struttura, molto curata, gode di un'ottima posizione: tranquilla zona collinare, ma abbastanza vicina al mare da poter raggiungere con una piacevole passeggiata. Una "chicca" il vassoio di frutta fresca che il gestore fa trovare al rientro pomeridiano dei propri ospiti.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una decina di giorni e lo consiglio a tutti. Ottima struttura di recentissima costruzione. Pulizia delle camere e cambio biancheria super. Il gestore e la madre persone cordialissime e sempre attente alle esigenze del cliente.
