Thank you, kind Madam/Sir, for your attention to B&B Villa Sibilla. Our establishment, active for several years, has achieved unprecedented success and is unmatched. We even appeared in the magazine "Dove," which featured us as a distinguished accommodation, and in "Vanity Fair" (among the 7 most beautiful beaches in Italy, where to stay: Villa Sibilla). The 160 sqm villa offers only 4 rooms to ensure maximum tranquility for our guests.
Situated at an altitude of 170 meters above sea level, immersed in the Conero Natural Park, in a highly protected area, the villa is surrounded by dense vegetation, everything is pristine, even the road remains as white as it once was.
To reach the villa, in fact, it is necessary to travel 1500 meters of unpaved, drivable road, which is only accessible to residents.
The sea can be reached on foot, with a 15/20-minute walk through the woods, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Sassi neri, San Michele, and Urbani. Moreover, it is possible to take excursions through trails that lead to breathtaking landscapes.

Villa Sibilla è un luogo magico dentro il Conero, lontano dal rumore, immersa nella natura. La terrazza sul mare è il punto forte della casa, il cuore estivo dove gli ospiti si trovano a colazione, per un aperitivo o la sera dopo cena per scambiare due chiacchiere in compagnia. Nelle serate più fresche si può godere di un magnifico soggiorno con mobili originali anni sessanta. Se amate i luoghi chic e il vintage è sicuramente il vostro posto.

Guardando il bellissimo panorama dall'alto del terrazzo della villa, mentre la luna si specchia sul mare, e le luci della costa brillano, creando giochi di luce spettacolari, resto incantato dall'insieme. Nel silenzio e nella pace del parco del Conero, davanti ad una così incantevole visione, mi piace pensare che una stella si è staccata dal cielo per posarsi in mezzo agli alberi del parco, integrandosi in maniera perfetta sul crinale del monte che si affaccia sul mare, per dare la possibilità all'essere umano di poter godere dello spettacolo offerto dalla natura. Spettacolo mai uguale, mai monotono, emozionante ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Quella stella è Villa Sibilla. Che dire della gentilissima padrona di casa, la Signora Francesca se non che un posto meraviglioso come Villa Sibilla, può essere solamente gestito da una persona meravigliosa come lei, che ringrazio per la simpatia e l'ospitalità data. Tornerò sicuramente tornerò.

Straordinaria accoglienza da parte della proprietaria Francesca, molto premurosa e sempre disponibile. Mi sono trovato subito a mio agio. Atmosfera molto rilassante adatta per chi ama isolarsi dallo stress della città. La terrazza è meravigliosa. Fare colazione alla mattina in quel posto è stato rigenerante.
La strada sterrata che porta al villino è un po' scomoda, ma per me è stato un bene perché rende il posto ancora più isolato e rilassante. Si percorre facilmente.
Inoltre il design anni '70 della villetta mi è piaciuto moltissimo.

Meravigliosa terrazza sul Conero con spettacolare vista panoramica a 180 gradi sul mare. Unica "pecca" per raggiungere tanta bellezza, un tortuoso viottolo sterrato. Personale affabile e molto cordiale.
