The Bed and Breakfast 125 Meters Above Sea is located just 125 meters above sea level, close to the wonderful beaches of Sirolo.

The completely new structure is found in a recently renovated building with seismic improvements to ensure maximum safety.

The 3 cozy rooms are named after the famous beaches of Sirolo: Urbani Beach, S. Michele, and Sassi Neri. Each room has an independent entrance and a private relaxation area.

The Bed and Breakfast 125 Meters Above Sea enjoys a strategic and peaceful location, just 150 meters from the historic center of Sirolo and only 100 meters from the path that leads to the beaches.

125 Metri sul mare is a little gem in the beautiful Sirolo! A bed and breakfast of only 3 rooms, modern and equipped with all comforts, where you will feel welcomed like at home. Or even better! Special mention to the breakfast: very rich, both sweet and savory, with carefully selected local products offered with love, brightened by pleasant chats with the hosts! You will be just steps away from the main street, with ample parking opportunities in the area, free thanks to the pass you will be given on the first day. We can't wait to come back!

A few steps from the center of Sirolo and the paths leading to the beaches. Rooms with independent entrance, extremely clean bedroom and bathroom. Parking in front of the structure, which provides a free pass. Excellent rich breakfast, sweet and savory, served in the patio in front of each room, by Marzia, the owner, who immediately makes you feel at home, with explanations and advice on how to move and what to visit. An excellent reference point for staying in Sirolo. Highly recommended!

"125 Meters above the Sea" seems to be a very appropriate name, although I would add "...and on the rest of the world", so much was the pleasure of staying there. The place is perfectly maintained, breakfasts are worthy of the fame of a splendid region, the hosts are affable, friendly, polite, with whom you tune in as if you had known them for decades. We were certain that Sirolo and the surroundings were places very close to Paradise, but we didn't believe we could stay there directly. See you soon!

Wonderful place, few rooms but carefully detailed. Spacious and modern rooms, kept divinely. Original bathroom with very personal and tasteful touches. Very high level of cleanliness. Breakfast served in the patio adjacent to the room, abundant and for all tastes. Marzia and Riccardo, polite, kind, and knowledgeable owners. Wonderful people to chat with and get directions on places to discover and visit. Ideal place for short or long stays. Strategic and convenient location for every need. B&B equipped with every comfort including air conditioning, hairdryer, towels, TV, parking and even a coffee machine! Located a 10-minute walk from San Michele Beach and a stone's throw from the center. Abundant breakfast with a wide selection. The managers are friendly and very kind. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my family at this B&B found through various search engines and we had a great time. Marzia, the owner, was very kind and super helpful. The B&B is clean, well-kept, with a generous breakfast and excellent location, both for the sea and the city center.

My daughter and I stayed for six nights at the B&B 125 Metri sul Mare. We didn't know the B&B or the location. We were welcomed by the warmth and smile of Marzia, the very kind owner of the B&B, helpful, courteous, and very nice, she showed us the beauties of the place giving us excellent advice. The San Michele room, exactly as described on the website, is spacious, welcoming, well-furnished, and spotless. The breakfast, served in the space in front of the room, I can only describe it as sublime. Excellent location to reach the most beautiful beaches of Conero and many cultural and religious places of interest. In short, fully satisfied with our vacation, we felt pampered and at home. We will definitely come back. Many thanks again to Marzia and her friendly husband!

Perfect. Brand new and spotlessly clean structure, with large rooms (we were in the San Michele suite) and bright, also equipped with a small outdoor space where you can comfortably sit and read a book after returning from the beach. Convenient location to reach the center of Sirolo and the Urbani and San Michele beaches on foot, but also just 2 steps from the shuttle stop to the sea.\n\nVaried and abundant breakfast and reserved parking space.\n\nIn short, a truly beautiful stay. Many thanks to Riccardo and Marzia for the very accurate suggestions and for their kindness and discretion (and also for the couscous sweets).\n\nIf we return to Sirolo, we will definitely come back here.

This Bed and Breakfast is really good. I had a great time both for the kindness and hospitality of Marzia, as well as for the delicious and varied breakfast, and for the accommodation. The building is new, the rooms are furnished in a modern and functional way. In the town center, with all the services nearby, the Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located for everything. The paths to the beaches are just steps away. Super!

New, clean, a tasteful design with great attention to even the smallest details; all seasoned with the passion and kindness of the owners.\n\nBreakfast more than plentiful served directly in the outdoor reserved area of the room (well equipped with a table, chairs, large umbrellas, and a small clothesline).\n\nStrategic location, just a few meters from the beautiful center and the descent into the pine forest that leads to the sea (comfortable, can be walked even with flip-flops).\n\nAlso useful is the pass (included in the price) for parking just a few steps away.\n\nThe nearby road is not at all disturbing, both because it is not very busy and because of the excellent soundproofing of the fixtures.\n\nEverything perfect, I recommend it without reservations.
