We really liked it. Excellent treatment by the managers. Top cleaning and furnishings. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The place is in an optimal position to visit the Conero Riviera. It is also close to the city and enjoys a great view.

I loved it! The best thing was the excellent professional treatment and the warmth of Laura and Marco. They welcomed me with my little dog on a rainy and cold day, when other hotels had rejected me. They took care of me as if I were family! The place is very quiet. The style of the decor and the cleanliness are impeccable - I recommend it 1000 times for the quality, the price, and the excellent service.

Satisfied with the welcome and services! Managers very present and friendly, provided valuable advice. Very convenient the presence of the kitchen and the garden with gazebo and parking spaces. We also had the opportunity to clean and dry the inflatable canoe, something that would have been inconvenient or unthinkable in other facilities. Autonomy with schedules and movements perfectly guaranteed thanks to a copy of all the keys. Close position to both the city and the beaches. Exceptional value for money. \nI thank Laura and her husband for helping us make the most of the area in the few days available, we are grateful!

Beautiful vacation! The property is in a great location for both the beaches and the city of Ancona (I recommend having a car). Laura and Marco, the hosts of the property, were very kind and hospitable, willing to give us many tips to make the most of our vacation. My husband and son stayed for the selections in Marina, they came back satisfied, pleasant and welcoming structure. Relaxing place, the Lady splendid, took them on a tour of Conero.\n\nFrom the first day very helpful, a really serious welcome to the guests.\n\nShe gave us many indications on how to move, what to do, where to eat, what to see also for the future.\n\nShe also provided useful information from the first phone contacts.\n\nSerious host and welcoming structure, we were comfortable and if we were to return to the area for a short vacation we will consider it again. Recommended.

I stayed with my family (with two small children) at B&B Villa Colle. From the very first phone contact, I had an excellent impression of the owner, Mrs. Laura, who provided many useful information for the trip and the stay. The villa is in the countryside, on a hill, the rooms and common areas are simple and suitable for the structure's rate: well-kept, clean, well-heated, and extremely quiet. The welcome upon arrival was excellent, Laura recommended restaurants for dinner and places to visit. All excellent suggestions! She was also very caring towards the children, preparing excellent sweets! We are delighted to have met her and to have spent a weekend in a serene atmosphere!

I stayed at Laura's for a few days, I was welcomed greatly, she proved to be very kind, helpful, and generous. The room where I stayed was clean, the bathroom as well, and breakfast abundant. The place is a bit out of the way (beautiful view), but by car you can reach everything in a few minutes. Recommended!

I have been to this property several times. It is surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the sea. Guaranteed relaxation. Laura, Sara, and Marco are wonderful, caring, and very helpful people. They made me feel at home. Excellent breakfast and attentive to those with food intolerances. What can I say? Nice quiet place surrounded by greenery, despite being not far from the center of the city of Ancona and the various beaches of the beautiful Riviera del Conero. Spacious room and bathroom, and not to be overlooked the garden and private indoor parking. Sara made us feel at home, kind and helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit. Excellent breakfast with everything and more, even with a delicious homemade cake by Sara, whom I thank warmly also for her promptness in informing me by phone and for her availability to send me the forgotten glasses in the room. We stayed 2 nights, my daughter and I, in this beautiful farmhouse on the hills of Ancona and we had a great time. The place is very quiet with very large spaces both indoors and outdoors and a lot of availability from the whole family that manages it: Laura, her husband, and their daughter Sara did everything to make us feel at home and so it was. The location is really strategic, 10 minutes from the center of Ancona and 10 minutes from the beautiful sea of Portonovo. I hope to return soon to that area to find the welcome and friendliness of this little place.

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days in June. The structure is nothing short of beautiful, welcoming, clean, and above all very quiet, immersed in greenery. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday but at the same time a stone's throw from the crystal clear sea of Mezza Valle. Laura, Marco, and Sara (the owners) are extremely kind and welcoming. They welcomed us as family members. Even though we were there over 2 months ago, I still remember the wonderful moments spent in that perfect property from every point of view. A big hug to Laura, Marco, and Sara, very helpful in any situation. A kiss to Michela, Riccardo, Joseph, and Giulia from Brindisi.

My son Mattia and I stayed at this absolutely magnificent property unfortunately, alas, for only one night, precisely from April 28 to 29, 2014, to allow my son Mattia to take the preliminary test for admission to the Military Naval School "Francesco Morosini". I cannot find the right words to express the great availability, friendliness, and kindness with which we were welcomed and followed from the moment we arrived to the sad moment of departure. The kind managers of the quiet and comfortable property, Marco and Laura, made us feel literally part of the family immediately: I do not believe I am exaggerating when I say that for this fantastic couple, more than a job, it is a true mission. They even managed to make us not notice the discomfort created by the decidedly adverse weather conditions, but they will surely make up for it this summer when I return with the whole family, along with our affectionate Lisa, a one-year-old mixed-breed puppy. We wholeheartedly recommend everyone to stay there, to be able to visit this very picturesque stretch of the Adriatic coast, represented by the Conero Natural Park. See you soon, dearest Marco and Laura. P.S.: A warm hug to Maria and her son Fabio from Chieti, whom we had the honor and pleasure of meeting during our brief stay.
