Welcome to our welcoming ground floor location, situated in a peaceful villa in the Palombare neighborhood of Ancona.

On the upper floor, we, the owners, are at your disposal to offer you a warm welcome and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The house has two rooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, providing an intimate and comfortable stay experience.

Surrounded by a spacious garden where you can relax during beautiful days, our house becomes an intimate and welcoming refuge in a peaceful setting.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 4 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €4.00

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

I stayed at Ancona House Garden B&B for two nights with my wife and son as the latter was engaged in the psychometric tests of the Navy. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a 45” TV, and a large, spacious bathroom equipped with everything from bath towels to towels and various soaps. The proximity to the Navy center is embarrassing, three minutes on foot and you are there. The owners are very kind and lovely, which is why I feel confident recommending this property very positively.

Superlative welcome: kindness, availability, courtesy and an inevitable smile. Perfect location: extremely clean, equipped with every comfort and new. Strategic position if you have to go to the Navy selection center. Highly recommended!
