I stumbled upon this place by chance, even though I'm a local, and I'm sure it will be the first one I'll contact when I need to come back. The structure is completely new, including mattresses, pillows, towels, impeccable cleanliness, and abundant and varied breakfasts, aimed at satisfying any need. And then there's Annalisa, an extraordinary person, her jazz and swing music that brighten your day, the morning newspaper, fresh brioches, her friendliness and care in everything. Beautiful structure, clean, varied and abundant breakfast, very kind host. Convenient for the proximity to the highway but also for visiting Ancona and surroundings. Definitely recommendable.

La struttura è posta in posizione incantevole in quanto dalla stessa si gode una vista splendida su Ancona e le colline circostanti. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose e la colazione si gode in un ambiente accogliente e luminoso.

Trovato facilmente tramite web. La signora Annalisa mi ha contattato l'indomani della prenotazione on-line e ci siamo accordati per gli orari. Accolti molto cordialmente ma senza strafare.
Colazione ottima e abbondante con brioche fresche e frutta di stagione. Adatta ad adulti e ragazzini.
Consiglio vivissimamente questo B&B.

Our host was very warm and welcoming. Annalisa engaged with us in a delightful manner, and could not have been more generous with her time and care in providing everything for a comfortable stay.
The layout of the B&ab was very nice, with a large private bedroom with ensuite shower, and a communal dining and social room. The B&B was very well kept and clean.
The breakfast Annalisa provided was generous and of good quality.
Annalisa took a lot of trouble helping us to find out way around the city of Ancona, even guiding us in her own car to a meeting point.
