The B&B Gli Ulivi is a modern establishment located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Ancona, surrounded by greenery.
It is a stone's throw away from the private clinic "Villa Igea", the Navy selection center, the Caggiari Institute, and the Palaindoor.
We offer our guests a spacious double room, cool in the summer and warm and dry in the winter thanks to the underfloor heating system connected to the solar panels, as well as a generous breakfast.
Parking is free throughout the area.

I booked for four nights from the twenty-seventh to the thirtieth of November inclusive. I paid in advance and unfortunately, I was supposed to be admitted to Villa Igea in Ancona for a procedure, but I encountered problems during the cardiological examination and had to leave the facility the next day, that is, on the twenty-eighth of November 2024. I was not refunded anything.

Clean, functional and well-furnished room. Very beautiful house. The owner of the B&B is very courteous and helpful but also discreet. With the car, it's easy to reach every point of interest every day. We enjoyed our stay!

The B&B Gli Ulivi is located just behind the Villa Igea clinic and is an excellent solution for those who need to assist their loved ones. The Bed and Breakfast and the clinic are connected by a private driveway that can be walked in a minute. I recommend to those without a car not to rely on Google Maps, as only roads are indicated and not pedestrian paths, but to call the owner shortly before arriving.

I travel often and I can say that nowadays it is rare to find a 'real' Bed and Breakfast like this one: the family welcome, the tranquility, and the pleasure of exchanging a few words and laughs with the owner in the evening before going to sleep is unparalleled. The room is super quiet, excellent breakfast. When you have to spend a few nights in Ancona, staying at the B&B Gli Ulivi is a must.

Me and my parents were greeted very warmly by Mrs. Annamaria. The room very clean, cozy and cool, despite the high outside temperature. The breakfast, prepared with cakes made by Mrs. Annamaria (delicious). A stone's throw from the private clinic Villa Igea, it is a place I recommend to everyone.
