Description
The B&B Gli Ulivi is a modern establishment located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Ancona, surrounded by greenery.

It is a stone's throw away from the private clinic "Villa Igea", the Navy selection center, the Caggiari Institute, and the Palaindoor.

We offer our guests a spacious double room, cool in the summer and warm and dry in the winter thanks to the underfloor heating system connected to the solar panels, as well as a generous breakfast.

Parking is free throughout the area.

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Brand new apartment just renovated and in a quiet area, we stayed only one night before heading to the Gargano. Excellent.

Clean, functional and well-furnished room. Very beautiful house. The owner of the B&B is very courteous and helpful but also discreet. With the car, it's easy to reach every point of interest every day. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent structure, well laid out and very close to B&B Gli Ulivi. The owner is very kind and super helpful. I highly recommend it. The breakfasts are excellent.

La proprietaria, signora Annamaria, ha accolto le mie figlie che dovevano pernottare ad Ancona con molta gentilezza e disponibilità. Trattamento familiare, cordiale in una struttura molto pulita ed accogliente.

La signora Anna Maria è gentilissima. Ci siamo stati molto bene nel suo B&B. La casa è veramente carina. La camera estremamente pulita ordinata non manca nulla. I letti comodissimi. La consiglio vivamente. Giusi.

Il B&B si trova proprio dietro la clinica Villa Igea ed è un'eccellente soluzione per chi deve assistere i propri cari. Il Bed and Breakfast e la clinica sono collegati da un vialetto privato percorribile a piedi in un minuto. Consiglio a chi è senza auto di non affidarsi a google maps, in quanto sono segnalate solo le strade e non i percorsi pedonali, ma di chiamare la proprietaria poco prima di arrivare.

Viaggio spesso e posso dire che ormai è una rarità trovare un "vero" Bed and Breakfast come questo: l'accoglienza famigliare, la tranquillità e il piacere di scambiare due parole e due risate con la proprietaria la sera prima di andare a dormire è impareggiabile. La camera è super silenziosa, colazione ottima. Quando si deve passare qualche notte ad Ancona, soggiornare al B&B gli Ulivi è d'obbligo.

Io e i miei genitori siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità dalla signora Annamaria. La camera molto pulita, accogliente e fresca, nonostante l'alta temperatura esterna. La colazione, preparata con torte fatte dalla signora Annamaria (buonissime). A due passi dalla clinica privata Villa Igea, è un posto che consiglio a tutti.
