Description
Located just three kilometers from the historic center of Ascoli Piceno, (N.B. it is necessary to have your own means of transportation), the beautiful "City of a Hundred Towers", nestled in the green hills of Ascoli, the MonteRocco B&B offers a relaxing stay in contact with nature inside a rural house that has maintained the original appearance of other times with recent restoration. From the MonteRocco B&B, it is easy to reach the Sanctuary of "Madonna di Gimigliano" through a path that rides the surrounding hills.

DIRECTIONS
WITHOUT A NAVIGATOR: Whether you are coming from Rome or San Benedetto del T., take the Ascoli Ovest/Rosara exit and then head towards Ascoli Piceno, continue for about 2 km, keeping to the main road (direction Stadio); at the first traffic light you encounter, turn left for "Monterocco" (3 km from here). You are already on Via Monterocco, always continue on the main road, climb to the top, for about 2 km, at the intersection with Via Alfano Franco continue to the right always on Via Monterocco (downhill) and travel another km, the first yellow house on the left is the B&B. Take the second entrance.

WITH A NAVIGATOR: you must enter Via Alfano Franco, once you reach the entrance to this street DO NOT take Via Alfano Franco but continue to the right on Via Monterocco, continue for about 1 km, the first yellow house you encounter on your left is the B&B, take the second entrance.

Precisiamo che nella nostra struttura il bagno in comune è previsto solo per famiglie o gruppi di amici: per nostra scelta non accettiamo prenotazione di entrambe le camere con bagno comune da persone estranee, preferiamo lasciare una camera libera (non prenotabile) come è stato nel vostro caso. My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at the end of August in this property. The room is located on the first floor of a villa located in the outskirts of Ascoli Piceno. On the ground floor live the owners, very discreet, kind and friendly people who make visitors feel at ease. The bathroom is outside the bedroom, but at least during our stay, we were alone in the property so it was for our exclusive use. Also on the first floor, there is a common room equipped for breakfast with a fridge available to guests. In practice, it was like having the entire floor available as a mini apartment without a kitchen. Breakfast consists of packaged products to which a homemade dessert is added. There are also fruit juices and it is possible to use the machines to make coffee, cappuccino, tea, herbal teas, etc. As mentioned, the owners are very kind and never intrusive. The room and bathroom are new and clean. The disadvantage could be the location, as the property is located a few km from Ascoli in an isolated area served by a not particularly convenient road. From a different point of view, this can be an advantage for those looking for a stay in complete relaxation away from the noise and lights of the city.

La struttura, nuova e accogliente, offre tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno tranquillo, immerso nella natura, e tuttavia non troppo distante da Ascoli Piceno con tutte le sue bellezze storico paesaggistiche. La casa è arredata con gusto ed eleganza. La colazione è ricca, e in special modo abbiamo apprezzato i dolci. Ottimo è il vino cotto, specialità della casa. Molto gradita la cordialità e gentilezza del nostro ospite. Mascotte della casa, amata dai bambini, è la capra Berta.

Buona struttura, in collina a pochi chilometri da Ascoli. Camera pulita, e sufficientemente spaziosa. Gentile e disponibile il proprietario. Colazione completa ma standard (tutto confezionato).
