Parco dei Gelsomini

Just a few minutes from the historic center of Ascoli Piceno, the Parco dei Gelsomini Bed & Breakfast welcomes guests inside an elegant Liberty-style villa, set in a private park of nearly one hectare. Elevated and offering panoramic views, the residence provides a delightful outlook over the city, Colle San Marco, and Montagna dei Fiori, while also ensuring complete tranquility and a direct connection to nature. The garden, home to squirrels and birds, is equipped with children's play areas, fire pits, a wood-fired oven, and, upon request, tables for communal meals.

The recently renovated villa spans three levels with a total area of about 700 square meters. On the raised ground floor, the spacious living room with a fireplace leads to the Terrace Room, perfect for large families, featuring two double beds and one single bed, an exclusive bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and marble and gold finishes. On the upper floor, the Deluxe Room provides generous space, a refined bathroom with Iranian travertine, a walk-in closet, and a balcony. Also on the first floor is the Family Room, composed of two separate areas with a TV, a bathroom featuring onyx stone, and a large shower.

The property offers free parking and an enclosed area for motorcycles and bicycles, and is strategically located just a short distance from Mazzoni Hospital, the Santo Stefano rehabilitation center, and the exit for the expressway. The nearby Riviera delle Palme, the 235th Regiment “Piceno, ” and beautiful routes to Teramo and Civitella are just a few kilometers away. The surrounding rural setting, enriched by the vineyards of the Velenosi winery, enhances the authenticity of the stay.

Stanislao, the architect and host, lives on the premises and takes care of every detail personally, happily sharing his passion for nature and hospitality with guests.
