B&B "L'ASSIOLO" and guesthouse "VIVI CONERO" by L'Assiolo.
The Bed & Breakfast was established in 2014 and takes its name from L'Assiolo, the little and friendly owl with tufts, who with his song announces the arrival of the beautiful season. From 2022, L'Assiolo doubles with the guesthouse "Vivi Conero".
Located in the countryside, but close to the city, the structures are inside the Conero Park and are just a few kilometers away from the wonderful beaches of the Bay of Portonovo and Mezzavalle and from the fishing villages of Sirolo and Numana, in the Conero Riviera.
They are the starting point for suggestive trails that lead to both the Conero Mountain and the challenging panoramic trails to the solitary beaches of Scalaccia and Vedova.

My name is Chiara. I am a huge lover of animals, plants, books, and beautiful walks.
With my family, we have traveled all over Italy in our camper, only to discover that the most beautiful places were right on our doorstep.
We have therefore decided to spend our summer vacations in the nearby Bay of Portonovo and rediscover the native places that have been neglected for too long.
I enjoy taking long walks with my dog in the countryside around our house and I would be happy to accompany you there.
I have a lot of free time and can dedicate myself to guests to help them appreciate the many beauties of my city.

Our facilities are located in the countryside, inside the Conero Park, 7 km away from Portonovo Bay and 5 km from Mezzavalle.
In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the historic center of Ancona (5 km) and the characteristic area of Passetto (7 km).
The first Conero paths are 3 km away and can be reached directly from the house through country roads.
We are on the trekking route of the "Via di Francesco per Gerusalemme" which connects the city of Assisi to Ancona and 7 km away from the start of the "Coast to Coast Italiano" (C2C) which connects Portonovo to Orbetello.
At just under a kilometer, one of the entrances to the Conero Cycle Path is located, which will soon connect the city of Ancona to Portonovo. The picturesque towns of the Conero Riviera (Sirolo and Numana) are about 20 km away, as is the city of Loreto and its Sanctuary.

We were immediately welcomed as if we had known each other forever. We received all the information about the apartment and the services it offers at the time of booking. Kindness and availability of the owners. We were allowed to bring our very small dog even though the structure does not accommodate pets. We found everything we needed for breakfast even though it was not expected (milk, croissants, crackers, jams, coffee...). The structure, just outside the city, is located in a quiet, silent, and cool area considering the summer period, with free parking in front of the building. A large outdoor terrace with table, chairs, umbrella, and two sunbeds was very much appreciated.

The managers, two fantastic and welcoming people, make you feel at home and very available to meet every customer's need. We stayed at this property for the Vasco Rossi concert, and Mr. Michele even accompanied us to the stadium and informed us a few days before about all the news of the event, especially the traffic. Recommended.

Highly recommended facility! The location is great for reaching the beaches of the Riviera del Conero and has the advantage of being in a very quiet, cool area. The hosts, Michele and Chiara, are exceptional, a true Marche family where hospitality is a value. They filled us with information to fully enjoy the experience. Great and plentiful breakfast prepared by Chiara (she delighted us with crepes, pancakes, homemade sweets). For those who love to walk, there are some trails starting near the facility and Michele is very good at providing details and advice. The room is spacious, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, coffee table, sofa, balcony with clothesline etc) and clean! What can I say: if we return to the Marche we will definitely go to them...in fact, we were sorry not to have stayed the whole week.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Assiolo B&B per la seconda volta in occasione dei campionati italiani Master indoor di atletica leggera. Poco distante dai servizi, dal centro e dal mare, è facilmente raggiungibile. L'accoglienza è stata eccezionale, calda, familiare. L'unica stanza è ben pulita e curata con spazi adeguati. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana ricco, Michele e Chiara ci hanno deliziato con la loro pizza fatta in casa. La colazione era ottima e abbondante, anche essa fatta in casa sia dolce che salata. Inoltre Michele si è offerto per farci da guida per un intera mattinata a spasso per le strade di Ancona facendoci assaporare il Centro e i principali monumenti. È stata un'uscita di grande valore allietata da un bel tempo soleggiato che ci ha permesso di godere di scorci anconetani da ricordare.
Il ritorno in questo B&B è d'obbligo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, come fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutta la famiglia, a Michele, Chiara, Federico, Cecilia, ai dolcissimi Brina e micione. Alla prossima, un saluto da Vittorio Veneto. Flavia & Paolo.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo da Michele e Chiara. Come in famiglia. Posto bello e tranquillo, ottima colazione e serenità. Michele inoltre è un grande conoscitore della propria città e ci ha trasferito molte informazioni con grande passione accompagnandoci in visita della città. Abbiamo pernottato 2 giorni, siamo stati benissimo. Michele e Chiara molto disponibili e gentili.
Michele ci ha accompagnato a visitare la città e fatto da cicerone. Una struttura da raccomandare senza ombra di dubbio a chiunque.

Siamo stati proprio bene accoglienza eccezionale. Un vero e proprio B&B di ospitalità in famiglia. Pulito e confortevole. Piacevole la compagnia di Chiara e Michele, la presenza dei loro figli, della dolce Brina e pelosi vari. Colazioni fatte in casa da leccarsi i baffi e gentilezze varie da sentirsi proprio coccolati. La posizione del B&B è ottima per raggiungere le favolose spiagge del Conero e dormire nel silenzio notturno più assoluto. Insomma noi torneremo sicuramente!

Un B&B comodissimo vicino ad Ancona ma sopratutto vicino a Portonovo.
Gestore e famiglia gentilissimi e accoglienti. Stanza veramente bella, colazione super e relax. consiglio a qualunque coppia di soggiornare presso di loro.

Ho passato una settimana stupenda: Chiara mi ha viziata con i suoi dolci, Michele mi ha mostrato i segreti del Conero, Cecilia mi ha riempito le giornate di chiacchiere e Federico mi ha fatto assaporare un po' di maceratese.
Oltre a questa massima disponibilità da parte dei gestori, l'ottima pulizia e la compagnia degli animali, non poteva mancare il canto delle galline alla mattina.
Lo consiglio davvero a tutti!

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort. I gestori riescono a farti sentire come a casa. Ottima la prima colazione. Nonostante abbia soggiornato solo una notte, è stata sicuramente un'esperienza positiva.

Siamo Annalisa e Luca, amanti delle cose semplici. Abbiamo deciso di fare una vacanza nel Parco del Conero scegliento il B&B L'Assiolo per la sua semplicità, familiarità e cortesia. Situato in una posizione molto strategica ti permette di raggiungere le più belle spiagge del conero in poco tempo. I gestori sono persone cordiali e molto disponibili. Chiara ci ha viziati con le colazioni, ogni giorno un dolce diverso, Michele ci ha presi per la gola, invitandoci a cena una sera, con delle pizze, fatte da lui, fantastiche. Quindi, ve lo consiglio!

Siamo Gianmarco e Mara, una giovane coppia romana, ed abbiamo scelto il Conero per le vacanze Pasquali.
In questo B&B, circondato dal verde ed a poca distanza dal centro di Ancona, ci siamo trovati in un clima accogliente e molto familiare.
La camera, oltre ad essere molto spaziosa, è dotata di un ampio balcone con vista sul "Monte Conero".
I proprietari, sempre molto disponibili, si sono dimostrati ottime guide ed ottimi cuochi.
Ciliegina sulla torta la tipica colazione Pasquale Marchigiana con prodotti tipici della tradizione Anconetana.
Consigliatissimo.
