The old drying room was transformed into our breakfast room, a pleasant and large space where our guests are welcome and where they can also read, listen to music, play some table games and watch television. An elegant archway frames views to the garden and allows a direct connection with the outdoor areas. At breakfast we serve a series of local -homemade and biological- products, ranging from cakes to fruit jams we prepare ourselves.
Sensitive to the taste but also to health and food intolerances, we offer, request you, great breakfasts with biological and home-made products without animal protein, sugar-free and gluten-free.

We opened our B&B because we wanted to live in the countryside, in an open and welcoming house.
My name is Sabrina and I manage this B&B together with Tommaso, Carla and Massimo. Tommaso was the first one to fall in love with this warm and calm countryside; I fell in love with him and with these hills. And so I left Monza, my hometown, to start a new life here. My parents followed me soon thereafter, enthusiastic for this new life experience in the Marche region. We truly believe that this place, so close to nature, is the best for our kids -Giulio and Valerio- to grow in.
And here is where we want to live and welcome all that life will offer us.

The B&B campodisole is fully immersed in the countryside, a few kilometers from Osimo. Its location is perfect for reaching the seaside and enjoy the tranquillity of the hills as well as for those who are interested in a historical and artistic tour of the area.
If you love the seaside and nature, you will be able to reach the beautiful beaches of the RivieradelConero, the breathtaking bay of Portonovo, the wild beach of Mezzavalle, the renowned beaches of Sirolo to Numana to Marcelli with a short 20-25 minute drive. Osimo and Offagna, are very close, and a lot of other small towns can be easily reached.
Also within reach, half hour away by car, are the towns of Recanati, Loreto, Jesi and Ancona, the regional capital. You will need a bit over half an hour to reach Senigallia, Macerata, Treia and Cingoli, the “balcony of the Marche region”, renowned for its breathtaking views. In less than one hour you can reach Fabriano or the enchanting caves of Frasassi or the medieval village of Corinaldo or still Fano, Pesaro and Fermo. If you want to go even farther, in less than 1 hour you can arrive in beautiful Ascoli to the South or in world famous Urbino to the North, where you should also visit the Montefeltro hill area with its villages and its special landscapes. If you love the mountains, you may want to go hiking in the Monti Sibillini, covered by snow from November until May; the ski areas can be reached in an hour and a half.

Beautiful B&B. My wife and I stayed there at the beginning of June for 4 days and we felt very good. Very friendly Carla and her husband. Great location, in the hills, quiet place and convenient to access both the sea and the countryside.

Family-run structure immersed in the beautiful hills of Marche. I can recommend this accommodation 100%. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely worth mentioning is the absolute cleanliness in all areas, the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, the location in nature and the beautiful well-kept garden. Having breakfast outside with a view of the garden was a fantastic start to the day. The rooms have mosquito nets, air conditioning, my room had a large shower and was harmoniously color-coordinated. In the common room there is a fridge for guests and in the hallway in front of the rooms there is the possibility to make tea. At check-in you receive a lot of information and brochures. I felt very comfortable and welcome and would love to be a guest here again. Grazie Mille!

We stayed for four nights at this fantastic bed and breakfast surrounded by greenery. Sabrina and her family gave us a splendid welcome, showing warmth and professionalism. We particularly appreciated the garden and the rich breakfast outdoors, enriched by homemade jams. The room is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the bed and breakfast is very convenient to quickly reach the Conero Riviera and the characteristic villages in the area (Recanati, Offagna, Loreto, Jesi). We hope to return soon, Serena and Matteo.

I stayed with my husband for a short stay at B&B Campodisole this week and it was a pleasant experience. The property is well maintained with a beautiful garden where you can have excellent breakfasts. The internal parking is also very convenient. The location is convenient both to reach the Conero beaches and to visit the splendid nearby villages. Sabrina gave us excellent suggestions for both nearby restaurants and places to visit. I recommend this oasis of relaxation and peace in the Marche hills, a few kilometers from Osimo, as a starting point to visit some of the most characteristic villages in the Marche region and the Conero promontory. Sabrina is attentive and caring, talkative while respecting the sensitivity of every type of guest. You will find clean and tastefully furnished rooms, a lovely garden where you can laze for a few hours, perhaps sipping a good glass of Verdicchio.

My husband and I have just returned from this lovely farmhouse. Well-kept, clean, surrounded by greenery, with fantastic owners! Welcoming, kind, and always available. The place is stunning, around the farmhouse in addition to the beautiful sunflower fields, there are many villages and tourist attractions to visit, including Osimo, where the B&B Campodisole is located, a town that takes your breath away for its beauty. I often go to Campodisole even though I don't live far away: it has become a place of "retreat" where to cultivate silence in contact with nature and those who have become my friends. Upon arrival, you feel like entering an imagined place cultivated with joy, care, and love. And when you meet Sabrina and Tommaso, Giulio and Valerio, Carla and Massimo it is clear that here there are authentic qualities, together with availability, discretion, kindness, and generosity. I stayed at the B&B Campodisole from the 22nd to the 24th of March in the lilac room, for two people. I found the room clean, tidy, perfect temperature, and equipped for every eventuality; the bathroom also met my expectations, always very high from this point of view. The location of the property is external, on the Marche hills, not far from cities reachable in 15 minutes. Ideal for a weekend of total relaxation and to visit the characteristic villages of the area. For these reasons, I consider the quality/price ratio fully consistent. Added to this is the friendliness, kindness, and hospitality of the managers, who have never let us down on any occasion and the fantastic breakfasts by Carla, which helped us start the day sweetly, in the middle of the greenery of the wonderful garden of the property. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend a relaxing weekend before a busy week.

Beautiful property in the countryside of Osimo, surrounded by greenery, peace, and tranquility. Excellent location to visit (Osimo, Recanati, etc.) up to the beaches of Numana and Sirolo. The B&B Campodisole is very well taken care of down to the smallest details, from the garden to the rooms, which are very clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom nice, functional, and spotless. Sabrina and Tommaso welcomed us with kindness and courtesy, giving us advice on where to eat, what to visit, etc. The breakfast is good with '0' km jams and homemade cakes. Definitely recommended.
