Description

The House
Villa Maria B&B is a modern structure, planned for the guest and their privacy.

Situated on a 1600 sq. mt. lot with a view of Mt. Conero, Villa Maria offers private parking inside the property and a large patio for breakfast and relax.

The breakfast room is spacious and has a covered balcony with a view of the garden.

The Rooms
Two rooms: the Junior and the Queen, modernly furnished, each with private bath, air conditioning, LCD TV, telephone and internet connection.

Services
Special care is taken in service and cleanliness.

The breakfast menu is made of pastries from local pastry shops and includes fruit, yogurt, cereals, jams and juices.

The Territory
The B&B Villa Maria is located 2 km from Osimo’s historic center; one of the most antique cities of Le Marche. There are monuments to see, nobile palaces, historic villas, museums and probably the greatest treasure is the underground city consisting of elaborate caves and tunnels. Due to its geografic location it is possible to reach almost every city in Le Marche from Osimo within an hour. The Ancona – Falconara airport is only 20 min. away by car.

In a few minutes you may arrive to the Riviera del Conero: a beautiful and historical area known for its white rocky beaches, clean sea and many different possibilities for fun and relax.

Only 20 km from Osimo lies Ancona, a port city with Greek origin that hosts on of the most complete and illustrated archaeological museums in Italy.

Located 15 km from Osimo, you will find one of the most important cities for religious pilgrimage in the catholic world, Loreto. Inside of the beautiful sanctuary you will find the Holy House of Nazareth, an experience you just can’t pass up when you visit Le Marche.

Directions
Exit A14 Ancona Sud – Osimo
Once you have arrived in Osimo follow Via M. Polo then turn left for Castelfidardo on Via Flaminia II. After 600 mts turn left on Via Don Ciavattini, the B&B is at the end of the road, #4.

Quiet and very convenient residential area on Flaminia II, 2 km from the center of Osimo and 1 km from the village of S. Sabino. Within 10/15 minutes you can reach: the sea, Conero, Numana, Sirolo, Loreto, Recanati, Porto Recanati, Filottrano, Offagna, Ancona. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. The 18-hole golf courses and Palabaldinelli are 10 minutes away.

During my stay I felt great. Laura is a wonderful person, always helpful, very polite and quick in communication. The room was comfortable, the bathroom lovely, the property was easy to find and had on-site parking. I will definitely return. I highly recommend it.

We were guests from September 4th to 6th, 2024. My wife and I can only compliment the delicacy and genuine hospitality that was reserved for us. The welcome from Laura Nicole and her attentions made us feel at ease right away. The structure, in a quiet and relaxing area and not far from the center, is complete with everything, including internal parking. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen, although being what I call 'communal', is equipped with all the accessories and available for guests. In many B&Bs there are kitchen corners, but some owners make it clear that the use is limited... just for making a coffee or a hot drink. Certainly, when we come down to the south for tourism from the deep north, it will be an opportunity to return.

We stayed one night at Villa Maria B&B on our way back from a holiday in Puglia and we had a great time: the room is spacious and well furnished, with a huge bathroom and equipped with a real small refrigerator. The owner Laura, a lovely person, prepared us a great breakfast in the morning! Also, the location is perfect, not far from the highway exit. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights in this splendid B&B in the junior room. The Villa Maria B&B is located in an independent villa, just renovated and surrounded by greenery. The room, recently renovated, was very spacious with every comfort. The bathroom is large and very functional. The breakfast, very good with always warm croissants, is served by the owner, very kind and helpful, always ready to give culinary advice and to visit the area. Definitely recommended for visiting the Conero area.
