Description
Casa Soresina is named after my mum, who in the 80s chose it to make our family live closer to nature. Our house has been renovated according to the most advanced technologies; thanks to its solar and photovoltaic panels the house is nearly completely self sufficient. The house wishes good morning to you with curious and unusual outdoor breakfasts, plenty of natural products, and cuddle you with fresh and full of light (bed) rooms. They are named after the view from the windows: “the olive trees room”, “the Conero room”, are downstairs, while upstairs there is the “the kiwi Suite”. Every room has its bathroom.
Tthey are all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen TV and minibar.
The Camera degli Ulivi is very spacious, it is equipped with a walk-in closet and a four-poster bed.
The Conero Room is equipped with a double bed in wrought iron plus a sofa bed for one and a half to be used as a third bed.
The kiwi suite is located on the first floor, consists of a double bedroom, a sitting room, a bathroom with shower and terrace. the living room is equipped with coffee table, TV and double sofa bed so in the Kiwi Suite you can sleep in two couples, 4 people.
the garden is large and comfortable: you will be surrounded by fruit trees, aromatic herbs and native plants. The view from the hills to the sea sweeps from the Conero mountain to the basilica of Loreto. Relaxing is the key word that will come with you during the holiday, making more interesting and pleasant your days at the sea side or in historical, artistic and natural sites.

Breakfast
Breakfast includes tea, coffee, infusions, milk and fruit juices. It is enriched with yougurt, cereal and fruit (possibly of the kitchen garden if it is generous!). The bread is fresh and sometimes homemade. The cakes are rigorously homemade like jam, tarts, plumcake and biscuits. Local eggs, salami and cheese are available on demand.

I was born in Ancona and I’ve been living in Offagna’s country since I was 18. I studied political science with an international course. As my dream of getting a job at the ministry of foreign affairs faded, I devoted my life to my family joyfully. My husband is a vet and we have two sons. I cooperated with some women’s magazine with texts and photos, discovering my artistic skills that where unknown since then. Now my sons have grown up and my husband is always very busy with his job, so I thought to renovate the house and rent out some rooms. Casa Soresina won’t welcome you only with a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast, but also to make you taste the intense flavor of his land with his history and curiosities.

This is a recently built structure surrounded by numerous olive trees situated on a little hill from which you can enjoy a magnificent panorama. The lady who manages it is very courteous and willing to provide any tourist information.

Very beautiful and clean rooms, spacious and comfortable bathrooms, very welcoming living room with large windows overlooking an extensive garden, also equipped with a tennis and football field, caring and friendly hosts. Breakfast could be improved in terms of variety and quantity of food and drinks, but still sufficient. Really excellent B&B that we recommend to everyone!
