It is just 1 km away from the train station, 5 minutes from Lake Iseo, 15 minutes from Brescia, 10 minutes from the A4 highway, 10 minutes from Ome, 2 km from the Franciacorta Outlet, and 15 km from the Franciacorta Racetrack.
Adjacent to the Brescia-Paratico bike path and pedestrian paths among vineyards and hills, this 1708 house is in the heart of Franciacorta, surrounded by castles and historic villas.
The conservative restoration has created a warm, welcoming and artistic atmosphere. Although the spacious common room (7m x 5m) allows for distance dining far superior to that required for Covid19 prevention, the size of the rooms also allows for breakfast and meals to be consumed there.

La struttura è ottima e dispone di tutto il necessario sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno più lungo. Il gestore è molto bravo e si ha la libertà di utilizzare la cucina non solo per la colazione. La struttura è straconsigliata!
La camera è grande e il bagno esterno è spazioso; tutto funziona perfettamente ed è in ordine. Inoltre, per accedere alla struttura si deve salire solo una rampa di scale e si può entrare in qualsiasi momento grazie al codice di accesso. Il parcheggio gratuito è disponibile nelle vicinanze.

Ho soggiornato nella camera quadrupla, con bagno privato. La stanza è dotata sia di pale al soffitto che di climatizzatore. Nel bagno erano presenti asciugamani, sapone e bagnoschiuma. La colazione è fai da te con innumerevoli scelte sia di bevande che di cibo, compresa la marmellata fatta dal proprietario, persona molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio la struttura per chi come noi aveva bisogno di un appoggio in zona per spezzare un viaggio con dei bambini.

Non posso definirla una struttura, perchè è come se fossimo ospiti a casa di un amico di sempre che è il Sig. Rinaldo. Ospitale, cortese, simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Struttura ben curata e pulita. Per la colazione avevamo dei problemi per delle intolleranze alimentari e lui prontamente ci ha fatto trovare all'arrivo un cesto pieno di prodotti adatti a noi. Che dire... cura del cliente al top. Tornando in Franciacorta non esiterai ad alloggiare da lui. La location è strategica per girare la zona e a 2 passi si trovano già delle rinomate Cantine da visitare. Consigliatissimo!

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del B&B e del proprietario molto gentile.
Ho apprezzato il modo come ha strutturato il tutto in stile antico recuperando mobili e porte ristrutturate da lui e soprattutto opere in legno come attaccapanni in stile albero ecc.
A 50 metri c'è un ampio parcheggio.

Siamo stati benissimo!
Rinaldo e la sua famiglia sono sempre stati gentili, accoglienti e pazienti, avendo noi due bimbi under 6.
La posizione del bb è strategica per visitare molte mete interessanti tra Franciacorta, laghi e mete naturalistiche, città di Brescia.
Pulizia molto buona, colazione ben rifornita.
Mi è piaciuto molto come il bb è stato ristrutturato, arredato e decorato;)

Struttura caratteristica posta in posizione tranquilla e strategica per visitare il territorio. Abbiamo soggiornato 6 giorni in 4 (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi) con un cane di mezza taglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il gestore è una persona molto disponibile e accogliente. Lo consigliamo!

Pulizia, Cordialità e Ospitalità, sono il prestigio de "La Cascina del Sole! Chi ha cuore sportivo e ama un ottimo bicchiere di vino, in bici tutto intorno è zona di Castelli e Cantine Franciacorta, pedalare al mattino e al tramonto tra i vigneti è...spettacolare!

Unica pecca il bagno per quanto privato non è in camera, il luogo è caratteristico e silenzioso, ci sono un sacco di posti da visitare in giro ma ci si sposta in auto, c'è parcheggio gratuito. La colazione italiana con ampia scelta. Igiene curatissimo. Cordialità del gestore ottima.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma zona tranquilla, camera accogliente, arredamento spazioso se pur semplice senza pretese.
La colazione visto che si trattava solo di una notte di permanenza è stata usufruita ad un bar vicino.
