Surrounded by greenery, it is the perfect starting point for visiting wineries, taking walks in nature and enjoying an authentic food and wine holiday.

The property enjoys a strategic location: just a few minutes from Lake Iseo, Brescia, the Franciacorta Outlet and Bergamo-Orio al Serio Airport. Although it does not have private parking, the property is located in a quiet residential area with numerous free parking spaces only 50-100 metres away.

The rooms, all equipped with private bathroom, TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, offer a peaceful and comfortable environment, ideal for those who work remotely. The high-quality mattresses guarantee a deep and regenerating rest. There is also an air-conditioned apartment with a private kitchen, perfect for longer stays or for those who want more independence.

In the common area, guests can enjoy free coffee, tea, a kettle, microwave and a refrigerator, to always feel at home.

The property is located in the heart of Franciacorta, among rolling green hills and breathtaking views, perfect for those who love walking in nature, discovering characteristic villages and enjoying unforgettable food and wine experiences.
A few minutes' walk away you will find some of the most renowned wineries in the area, La Fiorita, Antica Cantina Fratta, Al Rocol and Lo Sparviere, while a few minutes' drive away there are also La Costa, Villa Franciacorta, Mirabella, Majolini and La Montina. I will personally recommend these wineries to you on your arrival, along with restaurants, nature trails and local services, providing you with all the useful contact details. If you wish, you can also contact me before your arrival to receive this information in advance and plan your stay in the best possible way.
Just a 10-minute drive away is the wonderful Lake Iseo, a corner of nature and beauty where you can take the ferry to visit Monte Isola, tour the lake and discover the characteristic villages that surround it. Lake Garda is about an hour's drive away, perfect for excursions and relaxing days.
The area is quiet and residential, with free parking in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to get around comfortably and peacefully.

The structure is welcoming near Lake Iseo and Villa Baiana. The host was very kind and offered us accommodation with a panoramic view of the green vineyards/hills. In the corridor in front of the rooms, in a common area, there is a corner with a coffee machine and snacks for breakfast, as well as a small fridge that guests can access easily. All in all, we had a good time, but there is always room for improvement. Thank you!

The structure is very nice and clean. The owner Victoria is very kind and helpful. Being in the town center, there are only two parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, but other parking areas can be reached within a few minutes on foot. It is not equipped with air conditioning, but in my case, I did not need it. There is a ceiling fan.

Structure very close to Clinica San Rocco (15 minutes walk), which is why we stayed at Ome Sweet Ome. Victoria is very kind, always smiling, very attentive to our needs, even when not required. Large and comfortable bathroom, bright room. As it is a holiday home, breakfast does not include fresh bakery products, but coffee and packaged brioches have never been missing. There is also a kettle for evening herbal teas. Staying at Ome Sweet Ome is perfect both for the proximity to the clinic and for the proximity to the town center. Everything is about 15 minutes away by foot. Wonderful places, with a slow and full life, always well-kept greenery. The inhabitants of this little village have a visceral love for botany. We will come back, maybe for happier circumstances. Thank you Victoria 💜.

Very nice property, impeccable cleanliness and located in a strategic area both for visiting the area and for those who need to use the nearby hospital. Victoria, the owner, is very friendly and super kind, very attentive to the guests' needs (she brought me an electric heater due to the sudden cold), always available for every request. Excellent facility located in a very quiet area and very easy to reach. The room is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean, not to mention the kindness and availability of the owner.
