A new and welcoming B. & B. of charme born thanks to the wise restoration of an ancient farmhouse of the late nineteenth century, ready to offer a refined hospitality.

The environments are furnished with taste and attention to detail in a successful mix of past and present where the taste and respect for the architectural tradition blends in with a more modern and contemporary style.

We had the pleasure of staying at Bed and Breakfast Cascina Impiove, enjoying the hospitality of Elisabetta. The newly built location left us thoroughly satisfied, a perfect place for those who love tranquility and silence. Set in a context of renovation where the ancient and the modern blend perfectly! Beyond what is a personal thought, the structure is strategically positioned, a few kilometers from a highway exit, close to the long river (wonderful to walk along), convenient to the road that leads to circling Lake Maggiore, on the border between Lombardy and Piedmont. We will definitely return, already included in our Best Place.

Absolutely brand new and clean, with truly high-quality finishes, room perfectly furnished as in the photos, meticulously curated, bathroom very clean and new, high-quality sanitary ware and bed and bath linen. Breakfast room in a discreet and private room next to the room, allows a lot of autonomy and comfort. Reserved and very spacious internal parking. The owner is truly friendly, polite, helpful, and caring! Very close to the city center, while maintaining its prestigious space in the healthy Ticino countryside. Really everything very beautiful and elegant, I will come back.

This Bed and Breakfast Cascina Impiove is brand new and super comfortable. The rooms are big and very clean and so cozy. The private terrace in the middle of a big garden with a nice view to the Alps is just perfect. The contact with Elisabetta was great. She is super friendly. Our stay there was great. Hopefully we can sleep there again when we visit Sesto Calende the next time.
