The rooms are equipped with hotel box spring beds, quality mattresses, underfloor heating, minibar, 32" TV, forced air ventilation, desk, wardrobe, and mosquito nets. Each room has a private bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower box from the best brands; single-dose bath products are also available.

As described, a recent, modern and comfortable establishment. Quiet, as it is located away from the main roads but still close to shops and restaurants (30 minutes on foot). However, a major drawback is the breakfast: little choice and processed products with no appeal.

New, functional and well-organized property. Excellent communication even before our arrival, very convenient self check-in and reserved parking. Spacious and clean room with windows on two sides. Abundant and well-presented breakfast, worthy of a hotel. I would only add a couple of glasses to the room's amenities. Recommended.

The property is in a very quiet location, on the edge of a wood. Although it is on the outskirts, the main towns were easily reachable.

The offered service is of good quality, calm and pleasant, corresponds to the description. Very well located in relation to Lake Maggiore, Arona and Stresa. On the other hand, there were no meetings or exchanges on site with the owner, no welcome, it's a shame.

The structure is new, modern, clean, and quiet. The air conditioning is very efficient. I did not like the handling of the payment because, although I selected the card as a guarantee and payment at the property, my money was withdrawn immediately and I was asked to pay the tourist tax in cash to leave on the table, taken by the lady who was present for breakfast, insisting that this is the law. Strange, because in the following days I stayed in another property in the same municipality and I was told that it is absolutely not true that the payment has to be made in cash, especially since at the corporate level, cash is no longer refunded.

Great B&B in Dormeletto. The house is quite new. There are 3 rooms on the ground floor. The apartment above probably belongs to the owner. Very quiet and everything you need is there. The communication for check-in went smoothly. The center and the beaches are within walking distance in a few minutes. Breakfast was very plentiful by Italian standards. The only downside was a large stain on the wall, probably from water damage. However, it didn't bother us much. We would gladly return, as the price-performance ratio is definitely good.

Smooth check-in, very kind host! The house is modern, located on a quiet side street, just 10 minutes by car from the lake – a good starting point to explore the area. Wi-Fi was occasionally unavailable. We found many ants in the bedroom… Still, we felt comfortable. Thanks for everything! Steffi and Frank

B&B located 5 minutes by car from Arona, situated in a slightly hilly, quiet area away from busy roads. The structure looks good, spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Private bathroom with shower, of appropriate size. Self check-in is convenient, but it does not allow contact with the manager even just to get information. I would like to point out a small misunderstanding with a neighbor that arose due to the lack of parking space in the yellow spaces near the B&B. In reality, 100 meters away, although covered from view by other houses, there is a nice free municipal parking lot, but if no one mentions it... apart from the somewhat nervous neighbor. I should mention that we arrived around 11 PM, so it was not the case to bother the manager on the phone. Breakfast could be managed better not so much for the quality and quantity of the products, which I personally found sufficient, but for the rather cold room. In the morning outside it was 7 degrees and the room was not heated. Self checkout, however, is very convenient. The manager has always been very courteous and available.

The structure is fabulous and welcoming. There are several dinner options in the area. I would have preferred the possibility of having an espresso coffee made for me for breakfast rather than using the machine. Although breakfast was really varied with sweet and savory items, if there had been the possibility to interact with someone to get two scrambled eggs, it would have been a ten and praise breakfast, just like the rest of the structure. Anyway, I highly recommend staying because it is truly wonderful.

Good morning, the stay, although short, was pleasant. I allow myself a few small suggestions: - add doors to the wardrobe - it gives an unfinished feeling - provide one or two bottles of water in the room or in the fridge - improve the quality of the pillows - the mattress is very good - leave some brochures available. Maximum cleanliness and maximum kindness of the manager; even if specified, it would be great if they did the towel change and bed making daily as well as if there was a bottle of water upon arrival. Anyway, on the next trip to the area I will book Crystal B&B again.

We loved the Crystal B&B. The hosts are incredibly friendly and attentive. The house is very new and the rooms offer everything you need and are a very good size. The breakfast is great and offers something for every taste from muesli and bread to fruit. Everything is very well maintained and new. Parking facilities are also very good. The location is quiet and you can easily reach many places in the southern part of Lake Maggiore. The train station is also nearby and has a direct connection to Milan. We are completely convinced and will gladly come back.

Impeccable room cleanliness. Modern furniture. Also nice access to the green area around the property. Children's playground a stone's throw from the property, convenient also for restaurants and pizzeria. Breakfast ok!
