Located at the foot of a hill, just ten minutes away from the historic center of Iseo, Casa Fontanelle is surrounded by a territory rich in traditions, culture, and unspoiled natural beauty. This place is ideal for those looking to spend a period of relaxation and fun.

The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor patio furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake.

The structure, located on the ground floor, is accessible via an independent entrance, which will allow you to enjoy complete autonomy. Additionally, there is free parking next to the house.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, tolles Frühstück, sehr persönlich, alles sehr sauber, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus, kleine private Terrasse, Hanglage, Fußmarsch ins Zentrum ggf. etwas anstrengend.

Wir hatten eine tolle Gastgeberin und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut und das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett super. Das typisch italienische Frühstück war auch okay. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ottima Struttura, solo una camera, posizione tranquilla silenziosa in mezzo alla natura ma a due passi dal centro, i gestori squisiti carinissimi, la colazione ottima, in estate viene preparata fuori in mezzo agli uccellini che cantano. Pulizia eccelsa, letto confortevole. Tutto ottimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Non è propriamente un B&B ma una camera con bagno, parte dell'abitazione dei nostri ospiti. Non eccessiva insonorizzazione fra la camera e l'appartamento, ma tutto ok. Molto cordiali e disponibili. Ottimo breakfast.

Posto molto tranquillo ed accogliente. La proprietaria Attilia è stata molto gentile e disponibile, consigliandoci posti da visitare -tutti bellissimi-. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità (la mia ragazza era molto felice per la marmellata biologica di fichi, la sua preferita). Appena possibile torneremo.

Consigliatissimo. Il gestore è veramente gentile e disponibile. Arrivati tardi non ci ha fatto problemi ed è stato disponibile anche a prepararci la colazione all'ora che preferivano. Come sentirsi a casa. Struttura pulita. Solo una camera, molto intima. Posizione comodissima vicino al lago. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Il B&B di Attilia è in una posizione ottimale, tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro d'Iseo. La struttura è essenziale ma accogliente. Ci siamo trovati decisamente a nostro agio, Attilia è molto gentile e disponibile e conosce molto bene tutto il territorio; perciò è in grado di dare consigli preziosi durante la piacevole permanenza.
