Old town. 10 minutes by feet from the station, 150 metres from the seafront:
passenger ships, ferries sailing to the Islands and the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, 30 minutes by car from the archaeological excavations of Luni and 20 minutes from the historic city of Sarzana.
Pisa is about 80 km, Florence 140 and Genoa 100.
We are on the edge of the pedestrian area of the Centre where you will find several Pubs, restaurants and shopping stores.
Separates us from the Sea (150 m) the garden completely pedestrian Park through which you reach on the promenade Morin where you play all the most important events in the city's seafaring history: the maritime Festival, Festival of the sea, and we are basically opposite the pier Mirabello with its clubs and bars on docks where yachts Moor and in summer time becomes the center of the "Movida".

We do not directly provide breakfast, but we offer a voucher which allows you to benefit from a discount at various establishments adjacent to our property.
We have a high-quality bar-ice cream shop underneath us (5 meters away from the entrance) with a convenient and modern ventilated gazebo in the summer and heated in the winter. Alternatively, just a few dozen meters away, there is a renowned and excellent pastry shop located in the central Piazza Verdi where it is very nice to have breakfast outside, sitting at the tables arranged in the square and enjoying the fabulous pastries they produce.
