Description
Monteverdi Resort rooms for rent il located in La Spezia (Liguria – Italy) in Via Migliari n° 35. Our rooms are located in a stately building. Our style and our services can satisfy the most demanding clients. We have 5 finely furnished double-bed rooms (2 of them have an additional single bed), all provided with in-suite bathrooms, mini-bar, with Flat Panel-TV, air-conditioning, and internet connection.
Every room has double-glazed windows for acoustic and thermal insulation and private bath with glass-door shower box and hairdryer. Every day our staff will cleanup rooms and change bath-towels. Bedclothes are changed every 3 days or any new guest. Breakfast is not included, but if required, is served in a bar located few steps out of our rooms. Our guests are received in our reception office by our staff in Italian or English, who will give them all requested information about tourist attractions in the area. We have a common area in which our guests can have a coffee or a drink and plan their excursions with the helped of our staff.
We can supply our guests with bicycles to easily move and visit the city, and stock as well their own bikes in the building courtyard.
We have some private parking spaces in a multi-floor parking deck next to us.
The La Spezia Railway Station is 5 minutes away on foot. By train you can easily reach such picturesque places like Cinque Terre (just 8 minutes away) and 10 minutes by foot from the ferries to Lerici, Portovenere, Palmaria Island and Portofino. Our staff could arrange for a tour in the local museums. The most importants are LIA Museum which featurer from roman artefacts to XVII century paintings (among others Tiziano, Tintoretto, Veronese, Pontormo e Canaletto), CAMEC (museum of modern art), The Seals Museum, the Ethnografic Museum, The Naval Museum (with its hundreds of Italian Navy scale models of all ages), the Diocesan Musuem, the St. George Castle archaeological Musem and its relevant ancient roman art finds.
Being so close to the La Spezia Railway Station and to the motorway (Autostrada A15) it’s extremely easy to access to the Italian Riviera, Tuscany Region which have memorable places like Pisa, Genova and Florence with the conveniences of their railways and airports.

The property is in a great location, close to the train station, perfect for those who want to visit the Cinque Terre and centrally located in La Spezia, if you want to eat out in the evening or take a walk along the port. The hosts Giovanna and Alessandro were very kind and always available, they gave us advice on things to see, eat, and even on public transportation. I loved the detail of the rooms, there are 5 rooms and they are named after the Cinque Terre. I would come back!

There is no breakfast, but despite that a breakfast snack kit is provided. Thanks to Alessandro and Giovanna for their welcome and kindness! Plus, the room and toiletries are redone every day.
