I thank Mrs. Alessandra for her availability, courtesy, professionalism, kindness as well as for the excellent lactose-free cake prepared specifically for my intolerance and highly appreciated also by my son. The Kon Tiki inn is located a few steps from the sea in a central but secluded position from the chaos of nightlife, offering tranquility and convenience at the same time. The cleanliness is excellent and a special note of merit to the comfort of the very comfortable mattress.

The kindness of the owner. The location is very strategic. Great value for money. I recommend it. Very appreciated the comfort of the bed, the safe, and the fridge. And the small balcony of the room. You can eat with a small sea view.

My son and I spent a few days by the sea, as if we were guests of a dear friend. Mrs. Alessandra immediately showed herself to be very kind and helpful to our needs. Courteous and smiling, she reserved a nice room with a small terrace for us. Exceptional cleanliness. Highly recommended!

Located no more than 50 meters from the sea in a quiet place near the famous 'budello'. The cleanliness of the rooms, the availability of the owner, and the quality/price ratio make it a B&B worth trying. Something we will definitely do. No flaws, excellent and abundant breakfast. Just a suggestion, an espresso coffee in the morning would be great.

Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen event, I had to find accommodation - I had booked at another property for the 17th - also for the 16th of April and I accepted to stay at the aforementioned Locanda Kon Tiki by responding via a private email invitation from the manager where she offered a rate of €65 per night, different from the one offered through Booking at €50 per night. This experience taught me that there are sly people: too bad I urgently needed to stay on the 16th. I believe that correctness and honesty always prevail.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof at all, so we heard the neighbors with the TV on until 2 am and in the morning already at 6 we heard movements from those leaving. A real flaw, everything else was fine.

Great location 50 meters from the sea and near the center. Clean and recently renovated room, with new sanitary facilities. Excellent presence of the fridge and kettle. The owner is extremely helpful and kind, and even gave a little gift to my daughter on the day of departure.
