I thank Mrs. Alessandra for her availability, courtesy, professionalism, kindness as well as for the excellent lactose-free cake prepared specifically for my intolerance and highly appreciated also by my son. The Kon Tiki inn is located a few steps from the sea in a central but secluded position from the chaos of nightlife, offering tranquility and convenience at the same time. The cleanliness is excellent and a special note of merit to the comfort of the very comfortable mattress.

La gentilezza della proprietaria. La location molto strategica. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio. Molto apprezzata la comodità del letto, la cassaforte e il frigo. E il balconcino della camera. Si può mangiare con una piccola vista mare.

Eine ausgesprochen nette Gastgeberin führt dieses B&B, ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig, das Zimmer angenehm und sauber. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

La Patronne des lieux est une personne formidable, à l'écoute, charmante et aux petits soins de ses clients! La chambre est spacieuse et l'endroit est très bien placé à Alassio. A recommander sans restriction!

Struttura che si contraddistingue per il clima familiare, la cordialità nell'accoglienza. Imperdibile la colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, in particolare la marmellata di fragole!

Io e mio figlio abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno al mare..come fossimo ospiti di una cara amica. La Signora Alessandra si è da subito mostrata gentilissima e disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Cordiale e sorridente, ci ha riservato una bella camera con terrazzino. Pulizia eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!

La stanza era un po' deludente rispetto alle immagini, ma l'aspetto che più determina un voto basso è l'assenza di condizionatore che nel 2018, mi sembra veramente anacronistico.

Abbiamo soggiorno in questo bb una notte con una coppia di amici, posizione ottimale vicino al mare e a pochi minuti dal centro. La proprietaria è stata carinissima sia in fase di prenotazione che di soggiorno. Stanza con Bagno, asciugamani, tv e frigobar.

Situato a non più di 50 metri dal mare in un posto tranquillo vicino al famoso budello. La pulizia delle camere, la disponibilità della titolare ed rapporto qualità/prezzo ne fanno un B&B da provare. Cosa che sicuramente faremo. Nessuna pecca colazione ottima ed abbondante. Solo un suggerimento, un caffè espresso la mattina sarebbe il massimo.

Purtroppo, a causa di un imprevisto, ho dovuto cercare alloggio - avevo prenotato presso un'altra struttura per il 17 -anche per il 16 Aprile e ho accettato di soggiornare nella suddetta locanda KON TIKI rispondendo tramite invito mail privata della gestore dove mi ha proposto un costo di 65 € a notte, diverso rispetto a quello offerto tramite Booking pari a 50€ a notte. Questa esperienza mi ha insegnato che i furbi ci sono: peccato che avevo urgente necessità di soggiornare per il 16. Ritengo che a correttezza e l'onestà la vincano sempre!

Purtroppo le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate per cui abbiamo sentito i vicini di camera con la TV accesa fino alle 2 e al mattino già alle 6 si sentivano movimenti da chi partiva. Una vera pecca, per il resto andava tutto bene.

Posizione ottima a 50 mt dal mare e nei pressi del centro. Camera pulita e ristrutturata di recente, con sanitari nuovi. Ottima la presenza del frigo e del bollitore. La proprietaria è estremamente disponibile e gentile, ed ha persino fatto un regalino alla mia bimba il giorno della partenza.

Che dire: soggiorno ottimo! Abbiamo alloggiato tre giorni presso la struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pulizie giornaliere, colazione ottima e vicinanza al mare e alla spiaggia libera. Libertà d'orario senza restrizioni e nessun neo negativo da segnalare.
