Brand new guesthouse located in a peaceful area of Alassio, conveniently situated for both parking and the beach, which is only a 4-minute walk away, and a little further to the city center! Our establishment offers two double bedrooms with a private en-suite bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Convenient parking space. Room equipped with electric shutters, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle and air conditioning. Needs better soundproofing.

I took advantage of this excellent facility equipped with all the essential services for a stay during a cultural event related to the sports world of which Alassio is often a protagonist. We were pleasantly welcomed by the owner, a very kind and helpful person. We will definitely return on occasions of any other stays in Alassio.

Structure a short walk from the beaches of Sabbia Blu Alassio and convenient to the city center albeit away from the chaos. A very clean place, with new furnishings, spacious, relaxing. The owner is kind and helpful.

Place quite close to the beach in a set of buildings, no sea view, 10 minutes walk but obligation to pass through a very busy level crossing therefore systematically blocked by the passing train. Otherwise friendly welcome, very pretty room and small but functional bathroom with shower column. Room also relaxing and clean. The air conditioning works perfectly. Breakfast was not included, the owner kindly provided us with some cakes, biscuits and jams as well as coffee machine pods. There are only 2 rooms side by side so those who like their independence will be delighted. Looking forward to coming back.
