Cosy one-bedroom apartment in the historic centre of Sestri Levante in a unique position on the main alley just 100m from the Baia del Silenzio (Portobello) and the Baia delle Favole; in the heart of the pedestrian area very close to restaurants, shops and bars. Very quiet, it is the ideal solution for a pleasant beach holiday or a romantic weekend. Parking lot at 350m, railway station at 850m.

50 sqm one-bedroom apartment fully equipped; on the first floor (no lift) overlooking a small courtyard

Free uncovered parking space at 350m in a private courtyard available from 3pm on arrival day until 11am on departure day; in case of reservations within 72 hours prior to arrival, the parking space is on request subject to availability
Note
- Cleaning of the apartment during your stay is not included; linen is changed every 7 days
- Dogs are welcome provided they do not climb onto the sofa and beds; please report their presence at the time of booking. Sorry we do not accept cats
- There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; the flat keys must be collected before 8pm
- In case of key loss, € 50 will be charged

Clean and well-maintained facility, very close to Baia del Silenzio, central and with all services nearby, close to the train station and reserved parking for cars, excellent.

Posto che ci siamo trovati bene da tutti i punti di vista, forse l'unico lato negativo è che, avendo l'affaccio su un interno poco piacevole, l'appartamento è poco luminoso e bisogna tenere la luce accesa anche di giorno.
Molto comodo è il posto macchina privato.

Cercavo un posto per dormire in pieno centro e l'ho trovato.
Massima cortesia da parte dei gestori, appartamento pulito e ordinato.
Unico inconveniente la doccia fredda (acqua calda dal boiler terminata in fretta nel tentativo di miscelarla).
