Description

The ideal choice for visiting the Cinque Terre. It is located 5 minutes walk from La Spezia Central Station from which you can take the train which takes you to the first of the Cinque Terre in 8 minutes. We are in the pedestrian center of the city, but in a location reachable by car. A few minutes from public transport going to Portovenere, Lerici. We are a 10-minute walk from the port, where you can use the ferry service that connects with the Cinque Terre. The location is also perfect for a quiet and pleasant evening in the centre.

Located on a beautiful square in the center, all our rooms are very bright and modern. Equipped with kettle, fridge, wardrobe area and bathroom with shower cubicle. The convenience of access makes this structure particularly suitable for those who want to make the most of their time without having to respect check-in times! In fact, it is possible to access the room from 3pm onwards at any time thanks to our simple video instructions.

Our staff has worked together for years. We have learned how a good team is essential to guarantee a pleasant stay, a warm welcome and good communication before the stay for our guests.

All members of our staff have lived abroad, for a short or long period of time in different countries and areas of the world. We really believe this is an important point. The long experience in the field of tourist hospitality is enriched every day by our guests, whom we wish to welcome with positivity and warmth. Our structure is located in the most convenient area of ??the pedestrianized historic centre: very close to the station, right next to roads accessible by car, very close to our parking area which can be booked by our guests. We are on the first floor of a period building that directly overlooks Piazza Ramiro Ginocchio, a point of reference for the entire center of La Spezia and surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. We will be happy to direct you and give you advice on where to taste our typical dishes!

Very nice rooms. The only problem was the very noisy and old air conditioning. So noisy it was difficult to sleep.

Great location, close to the Station and the historic center. Our room was very pretty, cozy, colorful, and clean. The owner, Roberta, was very kind and helpful (she made the room available beyond the check-out time to leave our luggage and our stuff in the fridge). Highly recommended!

Location in the center of La Spezia, easily reachable on foot from the station. The owner was super friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. She even allowed us to check in late in the evening. Needs improvement in soundproofing between the rooms and the bathroom.

We got the Purple Room and were immediately impressed by the size, cleanliness, and location. Roberta is also a very warm operator with many tips for food and surroundings. Overall, therefore, an absolute recommendation and we will definitely be back!

Visto che siete italiani a cui ho indicato specificatamente dove parcheggiare e come arrivare al mio bb in due messaggi e vi siete persi e neanche trovavate il numero civico perche guardavate solo il lato dove ci sono i numeri pari e 269 è dispari, e ci avete messo mezz'ora ad arrivare dopo aver parcheggiato, e, non solo, mi avete anche chiesto come chiudere le luci e ripeto siete italiani e le luci si accendono e spengono con gli interruttori......non mi stupisco che prenotate in pieno centro storico con tutte le comodità del caso e volete un posto tranquillo e silenzioso. Non capisco quando prenotate perche non valutate le vostre esigenze invece di pretendere l'impossibile una volta stati nella struttura. Come scritto e specificato sono al primo piano in centro storico che per fortuna è pieno di vita come tutti i centri storici. Le finestre sono nuove quindi abbastanza insonorizzate nel limite di essere al primo piano in pieno centro. L'entrata è stata fatta e ristrutturata nello stesso anno delle stanze, quindi lascia a desiderare in che senso? quello che ha scritto non ha senso se non specifica cosa intende visto che tutto è pulito e curato come tutti i bigliettini di ringraziamento attaccati alla rete nell'entrata. Se non mi fate sapere magari senza fare i leoni da tastiera cosa nello specifico secondo voi non va bene io non posso migliorare....a parte la movida che circonda la zona....per fortuna.

Truly strategic location; close to the train station on one side and to the ferry boarding on the other. There were three of us and we stayed in the very cozy twin room for the colors and the furnishings. In each room there was a TV, air conditioning, and a fridge. Daily cleaning. Really kind and helpful staff. It was a truly great experience.

Very central location, tidy and clean room with all the comforts. Extremely kind owner who provided us with all the useful information, from how and where to move around to where to eat well. She explained all the train and boat schedules, indicating where to catch them, and remained available for any type of problem we might have, even though luckily we did not encounter any issues.

The accommodation is super centrally located. The room was equipped with everything necessary and was very clean. Also, the owner was always very accommodating and gave us great restaurant tips! All in all, a successful stay in La Spezia.

Great place to stay in La Spezia; the managers are friendly, helpful, and nice, and ready to lend a hand. The room is comfortable and cute; the bathroom has a very large shower. Only 'flaw', the fridge makes a bit too much noise at night.

We had a great time. The guests gave us valuable advice on how to move around and make the most of the little time we had. Quiet room, recently renovated, tastefully furnished and complete with every comfort (kettle available with drinks and fridge with fresh water for us). Breakfast with pasta cappuccio and juice in the nearby bar.

Ideally located on the most dynamic street in town. A stone's throw from a convenience store. Free parking a 10-minute walk away. Port 15 minutes away on foot and train station 8 minutes away. Very friendly owners. Very good welcome. Daily room maintenance. We recommend!

We stayed at I Remi del Prione for 5 days. Mr. Giorgio's welcome was impeccable, very kind and laid-back. Together with his wife, they showed us the various places to visit and the nicest places to eat. The room was spacious and very clean, the kettle with different herbal teas was a much appreciated touch. The location is strategic from the station. Being right in the center, all services are within reach; the only drawback could be the nighttime noise. Breakfast is served in a bar near the B&B, with good cappuccino and various choices of croissants and pastries. If we were to return, we would definitely stay with Giorgio again.

We stay 3 nights in this B&B and it was perfect: very good location, in the heart of city center, and very clean, the host provide us of all information we need to visit historic city center, the surroundings with good tips to arrive to the places we want to visit. The room has very good soundproofing so you can have a good night sleep.

I proprietari della struttura sono molto gentili ed accoglienti; con premura ed attenzione forniscono tutte le informazioni utili per godere al meglio di tutto ciò che la zona offre ed anche sulle specialità culinarie. Ottima la pulizia delle camere che sono spaziose ed accoglienti. La struttura è localizzata in una posizione strategica data la vicinanza sia alla stazione che al porto. Assolutamente consigliata.

Ce B&B est très bien situé, il est en zone piétonne. A 2 pas de la gare et du port ce qui est très pratique pour se rendre aux 5 Terre. Très bons restos conseillés par le propriétaire. Nous avons adoré.

Très bonne adresse à la Spezia; le logement est bien situé dans la rue piétonne et proche de la gare, il est agréablement décoré et très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire se montre très sympathique et disponible.
