The ideal choice for visiting the Cinque Terre. It is located 5 minutes walk from La Spezia Central Station from which you can take the train which takes you to the first of the Cinque Terre in 8 minutes. We are in the pedestrian center of the city, but in a location reachable by car. A few minutes from public transport going to Portovenere, Lerici. We are a 10-minute walk from the port, where you can use the ferry service that connects with the Cinque Terre. The location is also perfect for a quiet and pleasant evening in the centre.

Our structure is located in the most convenient area of ??the pedestrianized historic centre: very close to the station, right next to roads accessible by car, very close to our parking area which can be booked by our guests. We are on the first floor of a period building that directly overlooks Piazza Ramiro Ginocchio, a point of reference for the entire center of La Spezia and surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. We will be happy to direct you and give you advice on where to taste our typical dishes!

We got the Purple Room and were immediately impressed by the size, cleanliness, and location. Roberta is also a very warm operator with many tips for food and surroundings. Overall, therefore, an absolute recommendation and we will definitely be back!

Visto che siete italiani a cui ho indicato specificatamente dove parcheggiare e come arrivare al mio bb in due messaggi e vi siete persi e neanche trovavate il numero civico perche guardavate solo il lato dove ci sono i numeri pari e 269 è dispari, e ci avete messo mezz'ora ad arrivare dopo aver parcheggiato, e, non solo, mi avete anche chiesto come chiudere le luci e ripeto siete italiani e le luci si accendono e spengono con gli interruttori......non mi stupisco che prenotate in pieno centro storico con tutte le comodità del caso e volete un posto tranquillo e silenzioso. Non capisco quando prenotate perche non valutate le vostre esigenze invece di pretendere l'impossibile una volta stati nella struttura. Come scritto e specificato sono al primo piano in centro storico che per fortuna è pieno di vita come tutti i centri storici. Le finestre sono nuove quindi abbastanza insonorizzate nel limite di essere al primo piano in pieno centro. Truly strategic location; close to the train station on one side and to the ferry boarding on the other. There were three of us and we stayed in the very cozy twin room for the colors and the furnishings. In each room there was a TV, air conditioning, and a fridge. Daily cleaning. Really kind and helpful staff. It was a truly great experience.

Very central location, tidy and clean room with all the comforts. Extremely kind owner who provided us with all the useful information, from how and where to move around to where to eat well. She explained all the train and boat schedules, indicating where to catch them, and remained available for any type of problem we might have, even though luckily we did not encounter any issues.

We had a great time. The guests gave us valuable advice on how to move around and make the most of the little time we had. Quiet room, recently renovated, tastefully furnished and complete with every comfort (kettle available with drinks and fridge with fresh water for us). We stayed at I Remi del Prione for 5 days. Mr. Giorgio's welcome was impeccable, very kind and laid-back. Together with his wife, they showed us the various places to visit and the nicest places to eat. The room was spacious and very clean, the kettle with different herbal teas was a much appreciated touch. The location is strategic from the station. Being right in the center, all services are within reach; the only drawback could be the nighttime noise. Breakfast is served in a bar near the B&B, with good cappuccino and various choices of croissants and pastries. If we were to return, we would definitely stay with Giorgio again.

We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and it was perfect: very good location, in the heart of the city center, and very clean, the host provided us with all the information we needed to visit the historic city center, the surroundings with good tips to arrive at the places we wanted to visit. The room has very good soundproofing so you can have a good night's sleep.

Very good address in La Spezia; the accommodation is well located in the pedestrian street and close to the train station, it is pleasantly decorated and very well maintained. The owner is very friendly and available.
