If you want to explore the beautiful "Gulf of Poets", the Cinque Terre, Lerici, and Porto Venere, book a few nights at A&G Guesthouse. Our modern and recently renovated property is located just minutes away from the city center and La Spezia Central Station, offering a functional and comfortable environment. Situated on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, our guesthouse is ideally positioned for exploring the city on foot or using public transportation.

Only 500 meters from the Morin Promenade, it is the perfect starting point to embark on ferries to the Cinque Terre, Lerici, and Porto Venere. We offer guests two triple rooms with a view of the Gulf of La Spezia, and one double room overlooking the interior. Each room is equipped with a minibar, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a safe, a flat-screen TV, and a tea and coffee making set. The private bathrooms are equipped with a shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer.

The strategic location, on one of La Spezia's main roads and close to the bus stop for Lerici and Porto Venere, makes A&G Guesthouse the perfect choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is exceptional and well connected to public transport to reach Lerici and all the destinations of the Cinque Terre. Situated just 350 meters from the starting point for the Cinque Terre, the cruise terminal, the island of Palmaria and Portovenere. The two sea-view rooms offer a direct view of the wonderful Gulf of La Spezia. In the surroundings, within a radius of 200 meters, you will find numerous restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias and supermarkets.

Although limited to a single night, the stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable for three people, clean and well kept. The host's welcome was good and the range of services was pleasant, such as the possibility to use a small kitchen for breakfast.

We were welcomed with great courtesy by Alessandro, who proved to be extremely kind and helpful, giving us valuable tips for our stay. The room was very cozy, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, including a minibar restocked daily. The location is excellent, in the heart of the city, a short walk from the port and an ideal starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre. A really pleasant stay: we enjoyed it very much and would gladly return.

The B&B itself is very clean and nicely decorated, however it was difficult to enter the building because the host's instructions were unclear. We were stuck outside for a while and could not get in, but other residents let us in. Once inside, there was no elevator so carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs was a pain. We also had trouble accessing the B&B from the front door because the host's instructions listed 'Room 1' while the door showed a different name. Clearer instructions would be much appreciated. To be fair to the host, we enjoyed our night once we were in the room because it was very clean and comfortable.

Alessandro was very kind and always helpful. He was very responsive in communication, flexible with check-in and check-out times, gave us tips for parking and getting around by transport, and great advice on things to do and places to eat. The room was perfect, clean and equipped with everything needed. We were given complimentary small bottles of water and juices available in the small minibar in the room and coffee capsules: in fact there is a small shared kitchen area with a coffee machine, microwave, kettle and various utensils. Overall we are more than satisfied, definitely a great point of reference if we had to return to this area.

Very comfortable, spacious, and clean B&B. Environment in a historic building, completely renovated, new furnishings like the rest of the B&B. We had a great time, the room was quiet and fragrant, there is a common room for drinks (capsules and tea available), minibar in the room with water and juices offered, strategic location for boarding. Excellent welcome, I can only give everything a 10 as it is deserved.
